Samuel - Chinola Eczema Stayed for 2 weeks in September for my partners birthday and couldn't have imagined a better holiday. The preferred club bar, lounge and pool were all perfect. Wendi, Junior and Adolfina always took such good care of us and gave us some of the best drinks ever. The guest were so nice we made a group of friend and Louis gave us an amazing teppanyaki experience for 8. He got us all involved in it and made it very fun for everyone. For my partners birthday we had dinner on the pier. The surf and turf was absolutely incredible and an insane amount of food in the most magical spot in the hotel. Jorge sold us the table and greeted us on the evening. The constant joy and kindness from him was infectious, was a pleasure talking to him. All the restaurants at the hotel are phenomenal and it's hard to pick which ones to go to but every time we were served by samuel we were well looked after. I would have no hesitation in coming back to this hotel or any other secrets hotel and hope to come back soon.

Great resort
Very good….. at the top end of the resorts we have visited on the island Will be back… where there was shortfall in expectation, immediately rectified

Paradise in the D.R.
This Hotel surpass our expectations. The beach is absolutely perfect and look like a postcard. The cabanas both on the beach in the pool were amazing the Service, the The overall experience was exceptional. My wife, and I felt like we were waking up from an entire day at the spa. Every single day. Wewoke up in the room. Slept like a baby and enjoyed every minute.

Awesome experience. Make sure to go to the sports bar and ask Yescania Badio. She makes the best drinks and is super friendly !
