  Great stay

  Fantastic location Comfortable bed & nice room very clean Staff were all friendly and helpful Lots of pools to choose from

  Wow

  Wow what a hotel!! Absolutely spotless, food was out of this world, staff so helpful great location could not fault the place!! The only thing I will say is we were talked into the preferred package once we got there and tbh it wasn’t really worth the extra money! You won’t be disappointed visiting here!

  Dreams Resort, Best food and location. Exceptional and loving staff

  Our stay at Dreams Resort and Spa was wonderful. Upon arrival, we were treated to a delicious welcome drink. As both vegans, we appreciated the kitchen staff’s promptness in understanding our dietary needs and providing us with vegan options for breakfast and dinner. I’d like to specifically thank Andrea and Rocio from the guest experience team. These two lovely ladies demonstrated incredible patience and care, even though we were quite demanding customers. They never lost their composure and went above and beyond to assist us with our food and excursions. The resort is conveniently located just a few metres from the beach, making it an ideal choice for anyone travelling to Lanzarote. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting the island. You’ll receive personalised care and feel like you’re part of a family.

  Great holiday... we will definitely be back!

  Loved our trip, we booked a last minute holiday to get away after our wedding hoping to get some sun and relaxation for a week and we weren't disappointed! The location of the hotel was brilliant, sits on the beach front with nice walks along the sea front to the marina, bars, restaurants and shops. The hotel itself was great and better than what we expected, very clean and lots of different spaces to cater for everyone, quiet areas, pools, bars, restaurants, coffee bars etc. The rooms were clean and mini bar gets replenished daily. Plenty of choice for eating and the food was decent, fresh food, loads of choice and tasty... some of the food in the main buffet restaurant could have been hotter but that's the only gripe! The staff and entertainment team are brilliant, always happy to help, friendly and do what they can to make sure you are enjoying your holiday. Special mention to Valentina from the kids club, she made our holiday and our son loved going to the kids club, it was quieter based on the time of year but that didn't stop them having fun, from soft play, kids games, colouring in and face painting, with our son being Super Mario and Valentina painting her own face as Luigi!!! Valentina was great with him and he still talks about her now!! We were pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed the holiday, our only disappointment is that we didn't stay longer... we will definitely go back!!!

  Really good hotel

  A really good hotel & a great winter sun holiday with a few minor imperfections. Staff are all wonderful , Tim & Laslo at the sangria making, the girls doing the aqua dance, evening waiters were lovely especially the slightly older man who recognised us every night and knew our drink order (espresso martinis & a latte) sorry didn’t see his name! & one night I was ill (from an outside restaurant) & they helpfully brought us some sprite & tea and cleaning products to our room at 1am & also checked on us with a call the next day. The pools are great! Not all drinks are available, coffee machine at sea legs sometimes broken, one day they said no frozen daiquiris, slight shame as other bars are not that close. Always surprised when 5 star hotels don’t have cushioned sun loungers - they were quite uncomfortable and a lot were broken. The preferred club pool (near sea legs bar) were better. Cleaning in our room was not good, towels & bedding done nicely but the floor was never mopped in any room, 3 adult females with hair brushing & the bathroom & toilet floors were not cleaned once in 10 nights, this is strange as the hotel grounds / public areas generally did seem very clean & there were no bugs. Entertainment was quite poor, the Bollywood & flamenco were excellent but all the other singers were not very good. 10 nights & didn’t repeat the acrobat one which we missed on the first night annoyingly. Not enough storage space in ‘triple room’ for 3 adults & unfortunately the single bed was very uncomfortable (sounded like broken mattress). The hotel layout is very big and seems like a lot of wasted space in the evening with the way the entertainment is up the stairs slightly and not enough seats around it, can’t imagine what this would be like at full capacity in summer. We only did B&B rate and the breakfast was great, we tried both the main buffet one & preferred club and there was a lot of choice! We had complimentary dinner one night as we booked direct, ate at the fish restaurant & this was very nice. All in all would recommend for a nice holiday, location is very good an we walked to restaurants and bars (either right or left), we had a good deal but some of the prices for next year are crazy. It felt more 4 star but as we didn’t do all inclusive can’t comment on all of it. Thank you Dreams!
