May 18, 2025Great place to visit!!!
Great place to vacation. Lots of walking to pool, restaurants. Place is very big and spread out. But, so worth it. The beach is beautiful. The pools are amazing. Place is clean and the Staff were AMAZING,Especially the pool staff!!! Lots of different foods to eat. Good snacks at CoCo Cafe. One of the better vacations. The wild life there was my Favorite! Don't hesitate to go, just book it and enjoy it all! Just so you know, it's 1 1/2 hours from the Airport, but worth the ride! You won't be disappointed.

Just underwhelming and overall lacking in every aspect majorly in the customer service department. Restaurant options during lunch were bad. Bed was bad. Cleaning service was bad. Amenities were bad. Food was mediocre at best. If you're looking for a great and expensive resort you've found at least one part of that and yup it's not the great part but the just plain expensive. Priced like it's a luxury amazing hotel yet provides the service and experience of a 1 star resort.

May 17, 2025Terrible service in a beautiful hotel
The service was awful , the hotel Beautiful . Had to call twice to fix shower and once for toilet. The staff seemed like they gave up, they will be closing the hotel for a year for remodelling. Andrea the wedding planner was an awful woman. She treated me terrible me being the mother of the groom. The beach was great, ocean awesome. Always found something to eat. The Japanese one was great , the rolls were fabulous. The steak as well. My son’s wedding was beautiful but we arrange for carts to pick us up and nobody did. Very unorganized. Staff was not friendly at all they did the bare minimum. Rooms were nice but the ac were at one temperature and didn’t go any lower. So very hot. They have my son a room to get changed with groomsmen that had NO air conditioning so it was awful. The poor boys were dying of heat. They didn’t get the champagne requested. Unfortunately beautiful hotel managed terrible. They stole $1000 usd from my son’s room and the staff didn’t care , that was the first day . Service didn’t get any better but we made the most of it. The pillows super hard so Bring your own,, they have steamers in the room so do not bring yours.

Amazing trip
I booked this trip for my wedding for 25 people. Being the bride, I was stressed with the wedding planning portion, but Yorleni did a great job and everything turned out even better than I imagined. The employees of the resort were attentive, everyone was friendly and helpful. The resort was beautiful and tropical, everything we wanted. The food was delicious, the photographers were AMAZING and so helpful, the excursions that were offered were awesome (we did the boat ride). I wouldn’t change anything about my stay and my family all had the best time and we all say we would love to come back one day!

May 13, 2025Beautiful grounds! Service and entertainment is lacking.
The hotel is spread out and the grounds are beautiful. Plenty of resteraunt choices and food was overall good. Pizza in Itailian restaurant was great but out by pool needs improvement. Enjoyed the Itailian and French resteruant. Hard to get reservations at the only one you need one for. Entertainment poor or non existent. Pool bars had one bartender long lines. We had to call housekeeping numerous times to get a feather pillow. Mini Bar in room not stocked . We called for water and soft drinks often. Resort is a one hour and a half away from nearest airport and any tourist attractions are also far away. Pool surfaces are slick especially by swim up bar.
- AdvisoryStudent Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms. The hotel reserves the right to deny lodging to any reservations of this type.
