  Not a Beach Person, Still Loved Every Minute!

  We came as a large group of missionary friends with YWAM San Diego/Baja so our experience was slightly different than the normal since we had some programming and such but I really enjoyed every single part. As someone who doesn’t really like pools, sun and sand, I still enjoyed the all-inclusive meals and drinks and getting to spend time with friends and families from our community. The food and accommodations were excellent, the staff were friendly and accessible, the atmosphere was as good as it could be with the heat & humidity.

  Increíble

  Great experience, staff was very attentive and hospitable. There was a ton of people in our group but the staff was patient and efficient in serving us with joy and ganas. Especially would like to thank the guys from the adult pool, Francisco, Octavio, Ruffo And the girls from the lobby bar.. Ana and Natalia

  Very nice place

  Very nice and relaxing place for get away from the city. The front desk and consignee are very nice and helpful. Will sure be like to come back to this resort hotel.

  Honest review for dream

  I was initially excited to choose this hotel because the price was a little lower than some of the other options. Looking back, I honestly wish I had stayed at Hyatt Ziva instead. Before arriving, I emailed the hotel to request connecting rooms because we are a family of six with young children. I never received a response. When we arrived, I asked the front desk again if they could accommodate connecting rooms. Unfortunately, the experience at the front desk was very disappointing. The associate I spoke with had to ask a manager, who told me that connecting rooms would cost an additional $100 per night. To be clear, it wasn’t really about the extra money—it was about the way the situation was handled and the lack of willingness to help accommodate a family with small children. We were given separate rooms for the first night. Around 7 PM, my husband called the front desk to ask what room we would be moved to. They told him it would be the room next door. He asked, understandably, why we were being charged $100 per night just to have a room next door. At that point, they eventually offered us a suite on another floor. That was frustrating because it showed that they were able to accommodate us, but it took a lot of back-and-forth to get there. Had the situation been handled with better communication and customer service from the beginning, the experience would have been very different. As for the property itself, the hotel is huge but definitely feels outdated, especially considering the price and overall expectations. That said, the entertainment for the kids was fantastic. The entertainment team worked incredibly hard and deserves a lot of credit. I also want to recognize the restaurant and pool staff. I noticed how hard they worked throughout our stay, and unfortunately, I also noticed that many guests don’t seem to tip because they assume everything is included. Please remember that the people serving you are working hard and deserve to be appreciated. Even a few dollars goes a long way. Special shout-out to the amazing staff: Febain, Oscar, Alberto, Alex, Christian, and Elisa — you were wonderful and truly made our stay better. Your hard work and kindness did not go unnoticed. ❤️ Would I return? Probably not. Would I recommend this hotel? Unfortunately, no. The biggest issue wasn’t the additional cost—it was the lack of hospitality and willingness to accommodate us from the beginning. For a family traveling with children, that first impression matters a lot.

  BEST SERVICE!!!!

  We went to Cabo for a Country Concert and stayed at Dreams. We loved it! The service and food were the best part! We ate breakfast everyday at the outside restaurant (Seaside Grille). The hostess Yaneri greeted us everyday with a smile and such great care! Irving was our server. He was AMAZING!!! He truly cared so much about making sure we were happy. We always had a full drink, great food, and he went above and beyond everyday! The food at Seaside Grille was our favorite in the whole resort. We did the adult pool every day as well. Our 2 servers were exceptional! Ruffo and Francisco made the adult pool the BEST!! They were so fun and friendly. They were so attentive and gave us 5 star service each and every day!! They made us great drinks and made us feel so welcome! I will go back to Dreams for the Service any day!!! It far exceeded our expectations.
