Lovely hotel great room and really amazing and friendly staff. Occupancy was only around 25-30% so at times felt like you had the place to yourself, down side was limited range of restaurants open each night but not an issue as tried them all. Moises and Miguel and Yolanda get a big shout out and ladies in coffee shop always smiling and happy. Would we go again? Definitely 😁

This was an amazing hotel! We went to celebrate our wedding anniversary/honeymoon the staff was amazing! We had a butler with the preferred section his name is Miguel he was there for everything we needed awesome amenity for sure!

Excellent holiday, great food, great pools
Fantastic hotel. It was a great experience from start to finish. Great attention to detail throughout, excellent food with a range of restaurants included. Lots of activities for the whole family and the different pools, slides and lazy river were brilliant. Very clean both inside and out and the gardens looked amazing. Would highly recommend.

Great holiday in a fantastic hotel with tremendous staff
We stayed at Dreams Macao for two weeks in October. Preferred club in block two, the room had a sea view and was cleaned daily and mini bar restocked daily.We were a family of three and found the room to be perfect size for us. We used all the restaurants and buffet during our stay and found them all to be excellent, over the two weeks none of us was ill from the food or drink. The complex was so clean and tidy with staff working all hours to keep it clean.We used the PC family pool most days and was super impressed with Franklin he looked after everyone. We also used the PC area on the beach and was happy but you Could hear slight noise from the new hotel building works next door. We would definitely return to Dreams Macao in the future. Last but not least I want to mention our Butler Omar! What an awesome guy he is, he checked in every morning and came to see us most days around the pool or beach areas to make sure we had everything we wanted. I even asked him at short notice to decorate our room for a birthday and he did it with no fuss while we was out.

An Amazing Stay at Dreams – We Can’t Wait to Return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We only got back this morning, and I can honestly say we had the most amazing experience! From start to finish, everything was fantastic, and our children absolutely loved it. We made some wonderful memories as a family, and we are already looking forward to coming back! The entertainment team were absolutely incredible and deserve so much recognition. Queen at the Explorers Club was so much fun, and my son absolutely loved her. He enjoyed his time with her so much that he was talking about her the whole flight home! It is so lovely to see people who genuinely care about children and put so much love, effort and enthusiasm into what they do. Patricia, the bartender, was honestly one of the most welcoming people I have ever met. She has a heart of gold and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy and looked after. She makes you feel so welcome from the moment you meet her, and her warmth and kindness really make a difference to your stay. She is an absolute star! Princess Diana from the entertainment team was also fantastic. She was always smiling, so much fun and had such a lovely way of making everyone feel comfortable and at ease. Her energy and enthusiasm were infectious, and she really helped make the experience special. There were so many great activities throughout our stay, including painting classes, bead-making, hat painting and lots of fantastic entertainment for the children. There was always something fun to do, and the kids were thoroughly entertained. The food was amazing, the drinks were amazing, and the overall experience was genuinely 10 out of 10. What really stood out, though, was the staff. The people we met made us feel so welcome and helped create such a special holiday for our family. A huge thank you to everyone at Dreams, especially Queen, Patricia and Princess Diana, for making our stay so memorable. You are a real credit to the resort! We have only just arrived home, and we are already talking about coming back. We cannot wait to return and make more wonderful memories! ❤️
