This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. From the service and the food to the unbearable heat in the restaurants, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. What bothered me most was how poorly some of the staff handled their jobs. I would never recommend this hotel. I’ve stayed at much better resorts. The place may look beautiful, but that’s about it. Save your money. 🙏 Es uno de los peores hoteles que he ido, desde el servicio, la comida, el calor horrible en los restaurantes y sobre todo lo mal que hacen sus trabajo No lo recomiendo nunca, mejores hoteles he ido es solo vista ahórrense el dinero 🙏

Honest Review
It was a nice hotel, but I think it could do better. Food: should have more choices. Pool, outside entertainment was great. A lot of activities for everyone.

Loved this resort
Loved this resort. The entertainment, the food, drinks, everything was good. The entrance was very nice too and the people working there are very welcoming. The room was very clean and did not feel old like other hotels. I will come back again.
