  We stayed at Dreams Macao for a family vacation, and while we enjoyed our time together, the resort fell short of our expectations, especially for the price. Food was one of our biggest disappointments. Much of what we tried lacked flavour, and we struggled to find meals we really enjoyed. Having previously stayed at another Dreams resort, we expected a much better experience. The activities were also disappointing. The arcade required an additional payment, despite having a limited selection of games. With only two bowling lanes, there was often a wait. The zip line was short, limited to two rides per day, and had an uncomfortable, abrupt stop. Our room was booked for four people but initially had only three towels. Clicking noises at night and early service noise also affected our rest. The sales presentation ran much longer than expected, and the pressure continued despite us repeatedly saying we were not interested and could not afford what was being offered. We made lovely family memories, but overall, the food, service and amenities did not justify the cost. I would not choose this resort again.

  Wedding trip of a lifetime

  Mi esposo y yo nos casamos este fin de semana pasado en Dreams Macao Punta Cana, y fue una experiencia maravillosa. First of all, the wedding team at this resort was so incredible. Grismeidy was our wedding coordinator and let me tell you, she was on top of it. I'm not a very type A bride, I went in expecting a good experience but the experience that Grismeidy facilitated was more than I could haver ever expected. She was extremely responsive to the endless questions I had about the process. She seamlessly connected me with the incredible vendors partnered with the resort, we got our decor with Vlady's Flowers, and we had Adventure Photos for our photography services. What really touched me though was Greisy's wonderful attitude. She was so chipper and happy to help any chance we interacted, and in person? She was even more spectacular than virtually! During our first in person meeting (which was 3 days before the wedding by the way! Greisy had everything ready to go, she gave us a tour of all of our even spaces and carefully had coordinated back up spaces in case of any rain. Our rehearsal dinner/welcome party had a forecast of scattered thunderstorms for that night, Greisy easily was able to pivot and host our dinner indoors at the Oceana restaurant on the property. It was so incredible, and though it would have been amazing to have it outdoors, the feel of the restaurant was so amazing anyway that I didn't even notice the difference. The couple of days before the wedding were spent taking time exploring the hotel and having a great time. The entertainment was so wonderful, we met a bunch of them the days prior to our wedding, and during our wedding meeting with Greisy she told us the entertainment team was having so much fun with our wedding group that they wanted to show up and do a small crazy hour during our wedding. Oh my god, that was not small AT ALL! We had sooo much fun with all of them I want to give them all a shoutout!!! Shoutout to Mr. Brown, Naranja, La Kenny, Princess Diana, CJ, Victor OG, Tairis, Barbie, Betty Boo, La Madre, Salami, Black Panther. The entire 5 days we were there, this group was attentive to us and they genuinely brightened our day every time they remembered our names. They made our crazy party even crazier and even more fun!!! The wait staff assigned to our wedding was so incredible as well, attentive and made sure our cups were full ALL NIGHT!! Last but never least, we were upgraded to Preferred Club upon checking in, and our butler, Eribelto was fantastic. This guy went above and beyond every time we needed his assistance. He responded to our messages within 5 minutes every single time, and made sure he found us (since we were wandering all over the hotel every single minute) every single day to check in on us and make sure our stay was going smoothly. Wow, just wow, we are so grateful that he treated us like royalty. Ultimately we were so blown away by the service, the care and love we felt from the staff members. Again, if I were to get married again, I would choose this resort and this team every single time.

  Great family all inclusive!

  Great location for families. The staff make the place feel like home. All employees there are welcoming, kind and make our experience feel like we are on a real vacation!

  We just spent 16 nights at DreamMacao, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we pulled up, the front desk team greeted us with refreshing welcome drinks and a smooth, fast check-in. Our room was spacious, spotless, and featured a private balcony .Dining was a major highlight—the breakfast buffet had a massive selection of fresh local and international dishes, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate our dietary requests. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6] The entire property is well-maintained and tranquil. We will definitely be booking our next b Holiday here again!"
