Cleanliness: Overall good, the room was quite clean. My housekeeper, Susana, was very attentive. The staff’s service in general was very good. Food: The food options were very limited and quite basic. Facilities: The facilities were fine overall, nothing sophisticated considering the cost. Points to improve: Noise — at night there tends to be a lot of noise, and definitely the food, which was nothing special. I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights in a standard room, which did have a beautiful view.

Fun Family Vacation
Great trip to Dreams Natura with our family. The food was good and the service was excellent (particularly with Jonathan and Manuel at the World Cafe buffet). Visiting a relatively small resort was great for getting around with two small kids but the evening entertainment was very loud for the kids (and adults) trying to sleep. The lazy river was great for both kiddos but the slides in the kids splash park were a bit fast. Pools were great and wasn’t too difficult to find a chair. Shoutout to Jesus, one of the waiters at the pool bar. All in all, a great spot to spend a week out of the cold.

Great All - Inclusive Resort for the Price!
We stayed here for my 50th birthday. I came with my parents, husband and teenage kids. My dad recently had knee replacement surgery and the minimal walking here was not an issue. The waiters in the restaurants were very attentive. One particular waiter, Roger went above and beyond to make our experience special. The food in the Advantage Club lounge was really good and I was really impressed. I had been to others at Hyatt resort. The housekeeping was phenomenal at this hotel . They cleaned our room twice a day. My mom had a problem with her jacuzzi tub and it was fixed efficiently and quickly. The only reason why I gave this resort four instead of five stars is because: 1. Every morning (7am - 9am) you have to save your chairs ( sit in them and rotate with family members ) in order to sit in all ages area. This is a total inconvenience and awful. We only needed four chairs. 2. Some restaurants (French) and lounge with pool table were extremely hot. No A/C made it very uncomfortable and unbearable. 3. Sky ride should be open for more hours to avoid the huge lines.
