Best Girls Trip!!
As my first time visiting the Dominican Republic, I couldn’t have chosen a better resort than Dreams Onyx Punta Cana. From arrival to departure, everything exceeded expectations. Our Butler Josue was absolutely amazing, always attentive, keeping us informed of daily events, and making sure we were well taken care of. Special thanks to Estefani in the Preferred Lounge whose warm welcome set the tone each day, and to Felicano, hands down the best bartender, who crafted incredible drinks we looked forward to after our beach walk ¡Arriba! On the Preferred adult side, Jensy kept the energy high with perfectly made drinks and great vibes. The entertainment team, especially Shadow and Leo, kept us engaged, laughing, and entertained the entire stay. The adult section was perfectly set up to enjoy and relax without distraction, even though Dreams is a family resort. We also visited Breathless a few times, but we can honestly say the customer service and food at Dreams were better in our opinion. Overall, our experience was a 10/10 plus every moment was enjoyable, and the service made it unforgettable. Highly recommend Dreams Onyx Punta Cana, and we can’t wait to return!

Extremely Happy Vacation
This was the second stay my husband Darren and I had with Dreams Onyx. The experience improved since the first time we were there 2 or 3 years ago. Fransico was our butler. We stayed in building 6. He was extremely helpful with any request we had. The entertainment crew at the pool were very good. They were friendly and fun to hang with during the day. Denisse, Shadow and Francisco were the main people who handled the activities while we were there. Julio from the Preferred Bar is the best. He is very friendly and knows all the cocktails.

Amazing resort
We stay at the resort for the second time and it was great. The entertainment staff like Honey, DiCarpio, Chispita, Christopher, Denise and all servers and bartenders are amazing. Would recommend it for families.

Dreams Onyx was amazing!!!
We were pleasantly surprised from the moment we arrived on the property. We were driven to the preferred lounge, where our registration was completed. We were then introduced to our Personal Butler, Francisco, and he was amazing. He was able to handle all of our requests promptly, and his customer service was amazing. We practically lived by the preferred pool bar, and the staff around this area was incredible. The Customer service was much like you would expect if you went to a Chick-fil-A. The bartenders, pool/towel crew, and the wait staff, led by our waitress, Nellis, was amazing. We will definitely be back to this resort.
