We visited for our Honeymoon. We loved the preferred adults pool, spent most of our time here. The buffet could be improved but there was a lady asking for direct feedback regarding this. The al la carte restaurants are great, especially Spice. We would highly recommend upgrading to preferred. We were allocated Josue as our concierge who helped with dinner reservations and answering any questions we had. He was incredible, always answering our messages very quickly, and ensuring he came and saw us daily. He made our trip 10x better by ensuring we didn’t have to worry about a thing.

This will be short and all I can say is wow. Expectations were exceeded by far. There are other higher end esports but we were so happy. Never got bored. Food was plentiful entertainment was great. First time visitors to the DR but not the last trip for us. We are already thinking about when we can visit again. All the staff were so friendly. People in the United States could learn something about customer service from these folks.

A majical holiday mad by the amazing staff
The stay woz amazing we had a great time the hotel woz out of this world and the staff wow what can i say NAIDRI the food concierge what a beautiful lady and can not do enough to help she go the extra mile and more.Then you have the amazing lobby bar staff that do the exact same level of service ROBERTO ,DENNI,ALEJANDRA.ESTERLING.NILDA they do an amazing job and make your stay truely great many thanks all mike and audrey x x

Half the restaurant section was closed and when I asked why, a staff member said it's because there aren't a lot of visitors. Well I was still charged $3000 for 1 room for a week so why is the price not refelctive of the reduced service? The beach not being accessible added to very mediocre food doesnt really leave much to look forward to compared to any other below average resort (aside from the lazy river)
