The room was not as described, tv was not working, phone was not working, door of shower dont close, door entrance of the bathroom dont close. Smell in the room of mold, the Italian rest. Have no fish that was in the menu as well the dessert we request that was as well in the menu.

I had a wonderful massage at the spa at Dreams Playa Bonita Panama! My massage therapist was Clara Nedelka (#10), and she was absolutely amazing. Clara was professional, attentive, and very skilled. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire massage, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. It was exactly what I needed while on vacation! If you’re staying at Dreams Playa Bonita Panama and considering a spa treatment, I highly recommend booking a massage with Clara Nedelka (#10). She provided excellent service and made my spa experience one of the highlights of my stay!

Not recommended
Worst place to book when traveling with children/teenagers. Not much to do with limited food choices or variety. Rooms are not functioning well with electrical problems & door lock issues. The wait to get a drink at the swim up bar is at least 60 minutes at low season. No room service or timely attention when you ask for fresh towels or anything else. The resort is located outside of city limits so you have to pay extras to go out for excursions. They offer triple the price for tickets to excursions & push you to attend 90 minutes presentation to become Marriott members in order to be able to buy tickets at regular price….

Absolutely fantastic!
I didn't know what to expect, and it turned out absolutely fantastic! As our host said, it's very beautiful, and it was! How could an amazing gourmet meal in a hut by the ocean with your loving spouse not be! They even delivered to our room what we couldn't finish! Yes! There's that much food! And everything tasted absolutely amazing! To the awsome staff and amazing Chef ..... a heartfelt .... thank you! Chris and Penelope White ❤️

Dreams resort felt more like a NIGHTMARE!
My family and I decided to stay at the Dreams resort in Panama in early August 2026. I reached out via email to both Jack and Allison at the front desk weeks before our departure. I wanted to get an upgrade to our room and get champagne, balloons, rose petals and chocolates installed prior to our arrival but I never heard back from them to get this small request heard. I heard from them at first but then I got ghosted after SEVERAL email attempts. Complete lack of communication and professionalism. So once we arrived at the hotel I tried again to get this request to go through but they said it wouldn't be possible to happen which made me very mad. Then we were put into the wrong room that didn't have working lights or water. So after we unpacked we had to pack our bags and move to another room. So frustrating!!!! My family will NEVER stay at another Hyatt Dreams resort since this left such a bad taste in our mouth.
