Jan 21, 2025Perfection in one Place
I came here with my family for my brother’s destination wedding. During my trip, it has been nothing but a wonderful time. The resort is beautiful, with lots to do and see for everyone in the family. The food and drinks are delicious, and the staff are some of the kindness people you’ll meet and have made the experience very memorable. The entertainment team puts together fun and interactive activities for all to enjoy. Josue from CoreZone was a super helpful, patient, and funny Archery instructor!

Great experiences at Dreams
Best resort ever stayed at. Great variety and great service. Tons of activities. Beautiful beaches, loved the option of going to secrets for additional activities. Amenities in the room were great. Views were awesome warm pools, always something great going on.

This is the second Dreams resort we have visited this year. This time, the occasion was a friend’s wedding. The wedding was beautiful and the food at the wedding was fantastic!! Very impressed. DJ was not reading the room and bride wasn’t happy about it, but what can you do? The resort is beautiful and generally clean. The room was nice but some spots could use upgrading (toilet paper holder poorly installed). Our phone never worked despite the fact that we reported it so to call down to the lobby we used the phone in the bathroom. Maris restaurant dinner was just ok- but breakfast there was FANTASTIC! Lunch there was fine- good fish tacos- but what in the world is in these desserts at Maris?? Are they made of gelatin? Gross! The French restaurant e toile was a true winner! A bit of a wait- almost an hour- but once seated a wonderful experience. Lobby music/entertainment and bar were fun! Club (Spin) was interestinggg.. terrible music like Spice Girls - which is fine if you don’t over do it. The best part of this place is the beautiful beach and attentive service. Herberth was lovely and so were many others whose names escape me. Room service options at night could be expanded- choice of four items seems very limited. Spa was lovely! Got two massages and used the steam room and sauna. They will say there is a check in offer that you should take advantage of but don’t feel pressured… the next day our friends got their massages for $35 less! Overall, we had a lovely time. We loved that there were plenty of chairs both at the beach and the pool and we didn’t need to get up at the crack of dawn to reserve one. Not sure if that’s the case in the summer though.

5 Star Vacation
Lovely resort with fantastic staff. Since the moment we arrived, everyone was absolutely wonderful. The resort is beautiful, with lush greenery winding the pathways, making it feel private and relaxing. The grounds were constantly being maintained by staff. We stayed as preferred guests, and it was absolutely worth the added cost. The preferred lounge was lovely and conveniently in the same building as our room. We loved popping in for a latte, cocktail, snack or just to play cards. We had breakfast every morning at Maris, which our family loved. Sitting outside on the patio in the morning was so lovely there. Having access to Maris for lunch was also a bonus. The Bali Beds were SO nice, both at the beach and pool side. The rooms are quite large, and very lovely. We had an ocean view and watched the sunrise every morning. It was fantastic. We loved how private our room/view was and my kids loved having an evening "bath" outside on the patio. The variety of pools was also wonderful. It never felt busy and my kids adored the watersides. The lazy river was kind of a dud. It was freezing cold and there were only three tubes total to use during our stay. So, we did it once and then did other activities which was fine. The restaurants were very nice. I loved the Mexican restaurant the best, but other's in my party loved Gaucho the most. We were lucky enough to get reservations at the hibachi grill which was also super fun. The beach. Its so beautiful. It's a beach you imagine for your tropical vacation. Powdery white sand and pretty much nonexistent seaweed. My husband, daughter and father-in-law went out on the catamaran three times during our stay and were amazing to find SEA TURTLES close to shore. Alberto from the preferred club said that due to a nearby reef, they commonly swim by. It was absolutely amazing and a major core memory for my eight year old daughter. Tips: Check out the area infront of That's A Wrap at 12:30 for lunch. They set up a BBQ area there and serve different options every day. Huge seafood stir-fry, shrimp, chicken or beef tacos, etc. It was SO good! Our room was quite humid and I was glad that I brought some moisture absorbers to hang in the closet for our clothes. Line-up for restaurants around 5:40. We always got in where we wanted this way. Make sure you have water for your shuttle from the airport to the resort. Due to traffic, it took us an hour or more each way and it was very nice to have. As I mentioned before, all of the workers were wonderful but a few really stood out to us. -Alberto: always with a smile on his face and just a wonderful person. He helped us on many occasions and he is truly one of the best assets to this resort. Yvette: She served us in a few locations and is such a beautiful soul. Kind hearted and extremely hard working. She made our days so wonderful. Freddy: He served us almost every morning at Maris, and we looked forward to it. Very attentive, eager to make the best out of our stay and again, extremely hard working. Darmon: He was our server at Tres Colores and was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to explain every dish with such great detail, and we learned so many wonderful things about Mexican culture because of him. He had excellent meal suggestions, which we would never have picked for ourselves and we were blown away by the flavors. We absolutely loved our trip, and every person we talked to was having a wonderful time as well. We would be happy to return to this resort again, and look forward to it.

Beautiful resort, attentive staff
The staff and customer service was excellent. The food was also beyond what I expected. Just be aware that it can be quite a wait for dinner so plan accordingly. The pools were wonderful and the shows were also really good. I would definitely go again!
