We had a great experience during our stay in this resort. We had two rooms and one of which was upgraded to ocean view and the other to a swim out room! I personally stayed at the swim out room and it was very comfortable and had such great view! Staff was so attentive especially our personal concierge, Juan. All of my queries and requests were handled by him and he catered to us that made our stay even more comfortable. The resort itself was lovely. Food was 90% great too! It was our parents’ first time in Mexico and they’re already asking when we are coming back!

Family Vacation in December
Beautiful resort. Visited in early December with our two sons (ages 11 & 8). We were preferred club and greeted promptly and whisked away to check in. Everything was quick and smooth. The room was spacious and fine for little time we spent there. The pools were a little chilly at first, but after the first day we became used to it and didn’t even notice. The beach was clean and very big to allow for us to play football without disturbing other people. The entertainment staff were the highlight of their visit. Gabriel, Marcus, Jazmine and Antonio were incredible. Our boys looked forward to the daily activities and they are still talking about them! The lazy river is just that, very lazy. The water slides were fun but the long trek to the top made it exhausting after a while. The main pools is where we spent most of our time. The food was mediocre, but we didn’t book this resort for the food. Overall our trip was magical. There are always going to be things that could be better, but we highly recommend this resort. You won’t be disappointed.

Bucket list trip and it was awesome!!
Wonderful friendly staff, great ocean Bali beds and good food. The pools are great but especially for kids and seniors. Juan the pool concierge was excellent !! Alberto helped my wife, who is in a wheelchair get the Bali beds we needed and helped us onto the beach front in a special beach wheelchair. I would highly recommend Dreams…

The resort is an excellent destination for a family vacation, offering a welcoming atmosphere and a range of enjoyable activities for all ages. The resort's app is user-friendly and provides several helpful features to enhance the overall experience. However, there is room for improvement in the clarity and availability of information regarding the hours of operation for various amenities, which could lead to better planning and convenience for guests. Despite this minor drawback, we had a thoroughly enjoyable time and would recommend it for a relaxing family getaway.

Dreams Playa Mujeres
Everyone and everything was amazing at this resort! Roger and Roturo greeted our during check in/out, Roberto and Jazmin made sure everyone had a blast with entertainment at the pool, Paloma was excellent during our wedding, our maid service (forgetting her name) made sure our room was ALWAYS cleaned. Sea legs was our favorite pool/bar, Interlude lobby was a frequent hang out, the theatre provided nightly entertainment, the Spin nightclub was hopping at night. Maris, Fusion, and the French restaurant were our favorites to dine at. Our destination wedding was beyond our expectations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a 5 star all inclusive resort that has something for all ages!
