Overall a great experience! The food was great, the atmosphere was great, and the workers were great. Alonso and Josue at the pool bar absolutely killed it during our stay and were so much fun! All the restaurants we went to were excellent with Himitsu definitely being our favorite. I could see the breakfast buffet getting old after an extended stay, but for the amount of time we were there (5 days) it was fine. The location was a short ride from the airport but far enough away from the Hotel Zone to where the beach wasn’t overcrowded. The infinity pool looking to the ocean was also a nice touch. 5/5 stars we will definitely be back!

The hotel was beautiful. The service was fantastic and the staff couldn't do enough for you. The only things that we didn't like is all the pools are together so there is never any chance of getting any quiet relaxing time especially as there are big groups of people there for weddings and they can get quite excited and rowdy. Secondly there were at least 2 weddings in the resort every single day and meant there were parts of the hotel you couldn't use because of the weddings which was a little annoying. Also don't even attempt the steak house if there is a wedding on down the beach. That was the only time we weren't impressed with the service. We waited 45 minutes for our starters to come out. Overall though we really had a fantastic time.

What a Great Place
We went to the Dream Riviera Cancun for a destination wedding and oh what a great time we had. When you first arrive they offer you champagne and tell you Welcome Home. No front desk, you sit and check in with one of their employees. After check in they give you a tour of the grounds so you know where everything is. Every single person who works there is so well trained and friendly, Plenty of choices of places to eat but my favorite was the French Restaurant. The wedding was so well done from the ceremony on the beach, to cocktails on the rooftop terrace to the ceremony on the boardwalk, truly exceptional.

Great service and Manuel was awesome took great care of me and my wife ! He worked so hard for everyone ! Place was beautiful and rooms were perfect. Food was great VIP service was perfect , everyone at resort was very helpful and took pride in their work

The staff is the best.
The property was beautiful.Very clean and environmentally friendly. But the best thing was the staff. Everyone was friendly and would go out of their way to help. The names of some of the most helpful & friendly were: Alfredo one of the door men, Alonso at the preferred club, Blanca at the preferred club, and Andrea at the gift shop, and Hector. The food was very good and you didn't need reservations for any of the restaurants! The property is easy to navigate. No need for golf carts to give you a ride just to get to dinner. We didn't have any difficulty finding chairs at the pool or beach. They would get pretty full by the afternoon but we could always find somewhere to sit. Our room was lovely & very clean. We had more amenities then we needed. There was a nice size balcony and a sauna tub on the balcony including one in the room as well. The only thing I think visitors should be aware of is that this resort performs numerous weddings and things get a little bit loud .
