Our stay was so fabulous, and a highlight was the support of Aletia who was our private concierge. She went above and beyond every single day - assisting with dinner reservations, anything we needed in the room for our toddler, and even helped my husband set up a Valentine’s Day surprise in the room (complete with photos from our wedding)! Her care and attention to detail was like nothing. I’ve ever experienced on a vacation and we feel so lucky to have had this experience. We also received incredible service from Santiago on the preferred beach, who was so thoughtful, had our favourite drinks waiting, and even served us drinks right up onto our patio! Pedro was also fabulous, going above and beyond for us each day with cold eucalyptus face towels and sunglasses cleaning. Overall, the service was incredible and we were able to truly relax and enjoy every moment!

Entertainment group
Oliver was one of the best entertainment crew members I have seen. My family and I have been on over 10-15 trips to all over the world. He is outgoing, fun, happy, and gets ppl involved. Oliver should be a trainer for all of your resorts to teach/train the environment staff to act just like him.

Amazing Experience
I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service provided by the staff at the Dreams Riviera all-inclusive resort in Puerto Morales. We recently had the pleasure of staying there for a friend’s 40th birthday celebration, and it was an unforgettable experience. Our interactions with Luz and Asucena, the hostesses in the lobby area, were particularly memorable. Ronaldo, the bartender at the Beachside bar, was also a standout. Victor and Alejandro, the bar cart attendant by the pool area, and Josue, the bartender at the swim pool bar, all contributed to our enjoyable stay. David, our friend’s host during her birthday dinner on Thursday, February 12th, was incredibly gracious and attentive. The property itself was stunning, and our dining experiences at the hibachi Mexican restaurant and Italian restaurant were both delicious and enjoyable. We also visited the club area, where we met a hostess whose name I can’t recall, but she was equally attentive and caring. The entertainment and overall experience at the resort were truly memorable. We also took advantage of the spa area, where Victoria and Justina provided us with relaxing massages in the hydrotherapy pool. This was a wonderful touch that added to the overall experience of our stay. We would highly recommend the Dreams Riviera all-inclusive resort to anyone traveling to Cancun and Puerto Morales. We would definitely return for future stays. Once again, we want to thank all of the employees mentioned above for their exceptional service and for creating a lasting and memorable experience for us.

very nice staff Itzy is so lovely. So kind and welcoming, it genuinely makes the experience worth it. Their activities go all throughout the day and they love getting you involved and having a good time. Honestly no complaints, an all around lovely time :)
