Paradise!!! But
We stayed in the Preferred King Suite Garden View. It was well worth the upgrade. We had a spacious suite with bedroom and living room and 2 bathrooms. The 24-hour room service was a great feature, especially for a later breakfast. The food was great, especially at the Portofino Restaurant where we had breakfast most days, as well as alacarte dinners. All the staff are super friendly and professional. Special mention to Alfredo, Marcelo, Melania, and so many more. Marilynn at the Dolce Cafe in the Preferred Section is who we would go see, pretty much every afternoon for flavoured water, coffee and a dessert or snack. Her welcoming smile and warm greeting was the highlight of the day. This is a large resort and a considerable walk to the beach from the new Preferred side, but staff in golf carts readily available to drop you off in main lobby or even directly to the beach. Marcelo, our butler provided us with the daily schedule on WhatsApp and was readily available for any special request. Miguelito, our waiter at the Preferred beach side was always ready to take our orders with a smile. Overall, a great resort. The Queen Show was great as was the Madonna one. It would’ve been nice to have some live music in the lobby. Highly recommend!!!

Book it Dano !!!! No regrets
We travelled Sept19-26/24 Our check in was so easy, took maybe 10 minutes then we were whisked off to our beautiful room in block 6 in the new privileged area. Rooms were spacious and extremely clean. The smell when the door opened was heavenly ( essential oil smell, like a spa ) Our butler ROBERTO was amazing never hovering but always just around the corner, he is a beautiful soul wanting to make our vacation perfect… that he did 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The staff at this resort are all fantastic, couldn’t help enough always smiling , asking if they could do something for us … so kind 🩷 The grounds and beach area were gorgeous they work very hard to have beautiful grounds LOUIS our pool bartender on the privilege side up by our room was absolutely wonderful ….. I hope they treat him the very best because he deserves it…… if I can say 1 thing I’d change it would be the music at that pool…. Same 7 songs over and over …. Poor Louis has to listen to that day in day out……it’s a management issue where they need to give more songs to play… Food was fine, no complaints We will definitely go back to this resort

First time here & in the DR - overall a great trip!
First time here & in the DR - overall a great trip! The +VEs: 1. The staff are incredible, continually going above & beyond to make sure you are always having the best experience 2. The food: There is so much of it & so much choice & variety too. You can even get room service as part of all-inclusive - a real touch! 3. The drinks: Great cocktails, great brands, lots of free pour! 4. The beach: is undeniably beautiful 5. The pools: Loads of them with loads of sun loungers too 6. Great air-con; this is important as its HOT! 7. Gorgeous gym that is well maintained with some great equipment 8. Access to the Casino next door at Secrets - that was a fun eve for us! The -VE's: 1. We did the day trip to Blue Mall with the free bus service. I would not recommend this. Although the free shuttle service is amazing the mall is massively overpriced and suited to tourists only - I barely saw any locals who weren't working. It was a bit of a wasted day trip for us. Have a fab trip, you will not be disappointed staying here!

Great
The only thing I would say something negative would be about the sports bar. It was not big enough and we wanted to watch the Big game but the TV service was awful
