I had my wedding here and everything was amazing! Michelle, our coordinator, was great and made sure everything was taken care of on the day of. It turned out so beautifully. My family and friends really enjoyed the resort. We spent all day everyday in the pool. We loved the Italian restaurant and the French restaurant!

This is a lovely hotel and I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the beach. It's not the hotels fault but it did spoil the holiday for my husband who loves to swim in the sea. The sea is unswimmable due to the amount of seaweed. We were in a sea view room which in any other resort would have been amazing, but we had to ask to change rooms, because the smell of rotten eggs from the sea weed was so pungent. It's worse if it's stormy weather. The smell did pass after a few days but that's because we had lovely sunny weather. Luckily. The hotel is nice and clean and the staff are all lovely.

Gluten friendly paradise
The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Everyone that we interacted with spoke english very well. The menu and variety was very wide. Latent free options were very well noted, and there was a large selection. Pretty much every allergen concern is addressed with very clear labeling, and the staff, including the kitchen, is very well trained in cross contamination

October 2026 Wedding Weekend
We cannot say enough amazing things about Veronica, our wedding coordinator, and the entire team who made our wedding weekend so incredible! Veronica went above and beyond for us in every possible way, and we truly could not have asked for a better person to help bring our wedding vision to life. From our tasting and hair + makeup trial trip last year to our wedding weekend this year, Veronica was always available, responsive, and willing to help with anything we needed. Throughout the entire past year, I had countless questions, requests, and little details I wanted to make sure were perfect, and she was always there to answer every question, offer guidance, and make sure we felt taken care of. Even during our tasting trip, she was incredibly helpful and available to us throughout our entire stay. Her dedication and attention to detail never wavered, and it made such a difference in our experience. During our wedding weekend, Veronica was present at every event, making sure everything was exactly how we envisioned it. She made sure every detail was right, that everything ran smoothly, and that we were happy every step of the way. Knowing we could trust her completely allowed us to relax, enjoy every moment, and truly soak in one of the most special weekends of our lives. She genuinely cares about her couples, and that was evident in everything she did. We are so grateful for all of her hard work, patience, and dedication over the past year! We also want to give a huge thank-you to Jonathan, our food and beverage service manager, and Carlos and Miguel, our bartenders. They were absolutely amazing and incredible throughout the entire weekend! They constantly made sure we were happy, went out of their way to make every event special, and helped create such a fun, welcoming, and unforgettable atmosphere. Our guests absolutely loved them, too! It was so nice to see how much they cared about making sure not only we had an amazing experience, but our guests did as well. We also want to give a huge thank-you to Ricky, our concierge, for being so wonderful and helpful throughout our stay! With so many family members joining us for our wedding, we had to make multiple restaurant reservations, and Ricky was always accommodating, patient, and happy to help us coordinate everything. He made the process so easy and was always willing to assist with anything we needed. We truly appreciated his kindness and excellent service, and he helped make our entire wedding stay that much more enjoyable! The entire team exceeded our expectations, and we are beyond thankful to each of them for helping make our wedding weekend everything we dreamed of and more. If you are getting married here, you are in incredible hands with Veronica, Jonathan, Carlos, Miguel and Ricky. They truly made our experience unforgettable, and we cannot recommend them enough! ❤️ This was our 3rd stay at Dreams Sapphire and we will for sure be coming back as often as we can because of the beauty of the resort and the amazing staff who make it feel like home! 😍
