Amazing holiday , all staff are excellent, really high level of service from everyone, everywhere is spotlessly cleaned constantly. Whether you want to join in all the games and music or have a little peace you’re able to do it as the hotel/grounds are big enough.

Amazing Experience, No Complaints
Dreams Sapphire Resort and Spa was the best resort I’ve ever been to. I would love to come back. Hotel staff top-notch. Restaurants with their amazing food. And the amazing rooms they have to offer.

Vest bike tour in town
Abraham is the best tour guide ever!! He’s fun to hang with, he cares about everyone on the tour and his knowledge about Puerto Morelos is second to none, would 100% recommend taking the bike ride!!

Best resort for any sized family of any age
what an amazing resort. restaurants were all top notch, facilities were so clean, staff were always worrying hard to keep everyone happy and safe. I would recommend joining the preferred club to get access to the adult only pools and roof top restaurants. beach was clean and soft.

Great 7 Day Stay
The resort while a little dated had a charm and ambience, and was well laid out and clean. We, a group of 16 adults opted to upgrade to the Prefered Club package. It was worthhwhile with ammenities of top shelf liquor access to the prefered lounge and adults only pool. Staff were very accomodating and outgoing. Meals in the buffet or a la carte resturants was excellent for even the fussiest traveler. Recommended.

This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms. The hotel reserves the right to deny lodging to any reservations of this type.
