The check in did not go smoothly but at the end the room was satisfying. It could use a little TLC. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Always seeing that you are comfortable. Entertainment was amazing for the days we were there. Eric, Ronnie and Victor made it very enjoyable. Though, Eric was above fantastic. His energy was infectious. He also took the time to remember our names!

Amazing vacation!!!
The spa staff was very good!!! Nancy and Naila were fantastic with the couples massage and facial!!! Can’t say enough good things about Edgar and staff at portifofino!! Horacio was very accommodating at the gym!!! Everything was so clean!!

10/10 experience
Such a beautiful resort! The rooms were clean and we always felt very safe. The crew did a great job of keeping the beach clean with the seaweed. Some of our most memorable and favorite moments were with all of the entertainment team! Shoutout to some AWESOME people- Ronny, Ricky, Paola, Alberto, and Edgar, along with the rest of the entertainment team, servers, and bartenders. They always had a smile on their face and were high energy the whole day. All 13 members of our group had no issues the entire trip. Loved it and hope to return!

A great example!
Erick was the life of the party! It was so fun to participate in water aerobics at the pool and get exercise in. Overall a great experience for a short amount of time, staff is very kind and friendly. Filled with unforgettable memories with food, swimming, jewelry and more.

Entertainment crew was amazing and resort was beautiful and felt 100% safe
Ronnie, Ricky, and Paola were the BEST and made our experience SO FUN day and night!!! They’re always smiling and make you want to participate in everything! Absolutely beautiful resort with all great wait staff. It was very clean and safe the entire time of our stay.
