I attended all the fun activities and was very impressed with Gonzalo who helped us a lot. He was always smiling and so happy to help us.

This location is OK but for the money, I would definitely recommend other resorts. The pool has a great deal of damage. No premium drinks at pool bar the picture show multiple kids slides. This is misleading and does not exist on site. Food was OK but I’ve had better at cheaper resorts not to mention the constant haggle of asking you to go to a timeshare presentation.

Price gouging and false advertisement on rooms!
I'm a UVC member and this was one of the worst locations I've been too. I've been to other "Dreams" resort in the area. My son got married at the location. I paid for a suite only to find out that my room was nothing like the photos ( it didn't even have a couch). My guests had better and nicer regular rooms. Extremely disappointed in the "price gouging"-$23.00 for mosquito repellent! Which was needed...we were getting destroyed with the infestation of mosquitoes. The seaweed could have been removed like other resorts. I understand they're saving the turtles, etc.. but when people are already paying thousands...my review is solely based on that. The staff-like always-great!

Friendly entertainment team!!
The entertainment team here is awesome. They do a fabulous job encouraging engagement from guest and making sure everyone knows what is scheduled each day (Thank you Ingrid!) My only suggestion would be updating the app with additional information about the events with what to expect and how to participate.
