Our destination wedding at Dreams in Puerto Vallarta was everything we dreamed of and more. From the very beginning, we felt genuinely cared for. Our wedding coordinator, Livier, was incredibly attentive and courteous, always present, always reassuring, and truly invested in making our vision come to life. That peace of mind meant everything to us. The two-day celebration was absolutely top-notch. Every moment felt magical, intentional, and beautifully executed. The views were beyond breathtaking — the kind that make you stop, take a deep breath, and realize how special the moment truly is. What makes this experience even more meaningful is that our entire family fell in love with the wedding and the trip itself. Seeing our loved ones so happy, relaxed, and emotional alongside us is something we will cherish forever. This wasn’t just a wedding; it was a once-in-a-lifetime memory that we will hold in our hearts for years to come. Thank you to the Resort team and especially Our coordinator Livier ❤️

Jan 27, 2026Poor experience at Vallarta Dreams resort
We found the service and cleanliness at this resort is not what you should expect for the money you pay. The food quality is unremarkable overall, with one exception of the Asian restaurant. Other than the bus boys and the pool service who work very hard, most of the other employees were substandard. it was not unusualy that we would have to order the same drink at the buffet two or three times until it actulaly eventually arrived. There were however a few exceptions to this general statement, but they were in the minority.

An Unforgettable Wedding Thanks to Celeste Chavez!
We recently held our wedding at Dreams Vallarta Bay, and it was nothing short of spectacular. While the resort itself is stunning—with incredibly friendly staff and pristine pools that we spent most of our downtime enjoying—the true star of our experience was our wedding coordinator, Celeste Chavez. From the very first email, Celeste was remarkably detail-oriented. She guided us through the entire planning process with patience and expertise, ensuring no small detail was overlooked. She was by our side from the beginning all the way to the very end of our big day, making sure everything ran smoothly. If you are planning a wedding here, ask for Celeste! She is an asset to the resort’s team and made our dream wedding a reality.

Great Food and Amenities
Just returned from a 4 night stay at the resort. We previously stayed at the same hotel when it was branded Now Amber years ago. Place is surprising well kept. Trip initially did not start well. Our room had a bad AC. We called and a repair person came who supposedly fixed it. Did not fix. Called again. Same guy, same assertion AC fixed. Did not fix. This comedy went on for about 1.5 hours. Finally insisted on a different room and the new room had a perfectly working AC. Wish that was the first solution and not the last. Otherwise, the resort exceeded our expectations. Food was good and there was usually no wait. Only the Japanese restaurant had about a 15 minutes wait. Other restaurants, we were seated right away. There were the usual towel game for the pool and beach chairs but we were always able to snag decent chairs. We have been to many all inclusive resorts and I can't find many faults with Deams Vallarta.

Celste Chavez - The Best Wedding Coordinator We Could Have Asked For
I wanted to leave a review to thank our wonderful wedding coordinator, Celeste Chavez, who made our special day better than I could have ever imagined. Living in the U.S., I was initially nervous about working with a coordinator based in Mexico, but the more I worked with and got to know Celeste, the more confident and at ease I felt. She is not only an incredible wedding coordinator, but also a genuinely wonderful person. Everything was absolutely amazing—the wedding itself, the service, and all the thoughtful details she provided to make our day truly unforgettable. We had so many requests and needed quotes for countless things, yet Celeste remained calm, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. She was always quick to respond, and once we arrived a few days before the wedding, she was by our side every step of the way. I highly recommend getting married at this beautiful venue, and if you have the opportunity, I cannot recommend choosing Celeste enough. We truly couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Any initial doubts we had completely disappeared, and the entire process was smoother and more enjoyable than we ever expected. Celeste reassured us from the very beginning, and she was absolutely right—everything turned out perfectly. We will never forget our special day at Dreams/Secrets, and Celeste Chavez is the reason we had such a successful and PERFECT wedding. Thank you so much, Celeste—you are truly the best wedding coordinator ever!!!
