Just got back from my wedding week at Dreams Vallarta Bay and my party had the best week! The staff was so friendly and accommodating and the resort was even better than the pictures. Everyone enjoyed the variety of restaurants, food and drinks around the resort. The wedding planning process started out a but rocky with being given multiple different coordinators, but Estivi (my final coordinator) was absolutely amazing. Her attention to detail and responsiveness made the final weeks and days of the wedding planning process a breeze. She reassured me that everything was under control and our day went perfectly (and stress free). The entire Spa staff members were great! Any recommendations brought by my bridal party were fulfilled.

Found cockroaches and staff were rude when requesting any problems. I would not recommend to go there. Restaurants staff is rude, they take your plates when you are eating if there time is up and needs to do cleaning. Managers dont help with any issues you mention.

Wonderful family vacation! Food was awesome, room was really nice and clean, and the staff was stellar. Also an amazing place for a destination wedding. Special thank you to the activity staff for bringing the playful vibes at the pool and the beach - Jorge, Armando, Jimmy, and Carolina!

Unforgettable Wedding Experience at Dreams Vallarta Bay Resort
My husband and I had our wedding at Dreams, and it was everything we could have hoped for! Our wedding coordinator, Mariana, was incredible—attentive, always cheerful/smiley, accommodating, and so easy to communicate with. We are so grateful to Mariana for everything she did to make our special day unforgettable. Despite managing other weddings, she always made us feel like a priority. Her seamless coordination with us and our friends and family was truly appreciated. We had a wedding party of 52 guests and decided to host our wedding on the "Terraza La Vista." It turned out to be the perfect/best choice. Although the plaza is centrally located within the resort, it felt like a hidden oasis, offering much more privacy than the beach weddings we observed. I would highly recommend this location to future couples. Dreams Vallarta Bay Resort was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were clean, slightly dated but beautiful layout facing the ocean. There was not an abundance of food but the quality of food was good. The service was exceptional and overall reviews from our group were positive. We loved the disco club every night, daily activities and beach access.

A day pass of dreams
We're staying in Puerto Vallarta for three months and decided to get a day pass at Dreams Vallarta. We had a great experience! Christian and Joel made us feel welcome as soon as we came through the door. They helped our family of 6 get loungers and towels, set up umbrellas and gave us the run down of the various services and food options. Throughout the day, Caleb kept us hydrated and made sure we were comfortable. The 3 of them went above and beyond to make sure we had a great day. I'm sure we'll be back!
