We had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the exceptional service and hospitality provided by your staff. We ate breakfast every day at the Carnival Restaurant buffet, where the service team consistently went above and beyond. Benito, Oliver, Cesar, and Miguel were particularly outstanding, though the entire team was amazing and made our time special. On the morning of our son's 1st birthday, they surprised us with a special plate of treats, a candle, and a birthday song. It was a gesture we will always cherish. Thank you for making our trip so memorable. We look forward to visiting again in the future!

Dreams Vallarta
We had a fantastic stay at Dreams Vallarta! The staff truly go above and beyond to make your visit special. Carlos, our concierge, was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our trip. Emilio at the pool provided excellent service, and Noe and Jesus also made our experience even more memorable. We felt well taken care of from start to finish and would definitely return!

Exceptional Butler Service!
We had a wonderful stay at Dreams Vallarta Bay, and I especially want to recognize our butler, Carlos, for making our vacation so special. From the moment we arrived, Carlos was incredibly attentive, kind, professional, and genuinely caring. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that our family felt comfortable throughout our stay. Whenever we needed anything, he was always there to help, and his attention to detail truly made a difference. Very special thank you to Carlos, Your kindness, professionalism, and dedication did not go unnoticed. You were truly one of the highlights of our vacation, and we are very grateful for everything you did for us.

We had a big incident with a water leakage that forced us to move out of the room, additionally of the incident there was a very rude way that the concierge requested to move out to another room, our room was a master room with a private pool and on from the sea, as first option they offered us the same room bot different level which accepted, after 5 minutes they changed and they gave two option, move us to secrets, or to a shared pool room, I have a Down Syndrome Daughter which is a very shy lady that is why we always go to Dreams resorts, to not be discriminated, why do they change the first option that they offered and we accepted?. At the end and thanks to the Brandon assistance we accepted the shared pool room, Brandon; the Superviser Consierge offered us a refund for the extra payment made. So far we have not received this refund and are still waiting for it.

Loved it!!!!
Our stay here was out of this world. The restaurants are better than many restaurants I can afford in Canada. We went for our honeymoon and were left wanting nothing more from our vacation. The bartenders, waiters, housekeeping, and general staff were primarily concerned with our well-being throughout the entirety of the trip. We would absolutely recommend to anyone looking at doing their honeymoon somewhere. The Dreams is not adult only but it did not diminish our experience as there are several adult only restaurants and activities to do. We would love to come back in the future!
