Secrets la Romana Preferred lounge has the greatest staff! Johan and the rest are fun and great at their job. Also Olga at the preferred swim up bar is the best!!!

This is our second visit here we came back because it was so good the previous year Our second visit was even better and it was good to see familiar faces who in return remember us from last year and gave us a warm sensor welcome. The standard across the site was excellent the food was good and the customer service excellent special mention to Olga and the team at the swim bar they do the best cocktails , Jennifer and the team at Mare made us feel like family and the team at the adult buffet where very attentive and the dietary requirements especially gluten free was excellent. We will be returning next year

Had a lovely stay. We used a free night and Hyatt points, so free trip. Check in was easy. Food was good. Room was clean. Pools were the cleanest we’ve experienced. Beach was nice, but chairs were too close together and they didn’t have enough servers. We loved the preferred bar staff. I wish the preferred food was labeled for allergies. I couldn’t eat any of it because I couldn’t tell what was gluten free. Our butler, Michael, was very helpful. Overall, we would go back at the right price point.

Fabulous hotel ,location
We have been coming here since it was Casa Mia in 2000 it has changed hands several times since then always with improvements and upgrades . This year it has been run by Secrets Hyatt group we upgraded premier club and found it well worth the extras . Our only disappointment was the adults only buffet restaurant was closed every evening as we are not adventurous diners we found it very difficult to find anything to eat as we don’t really enjoy A la carta . But besides that the resort ,rooms ,pools ,staff, drinks are first class xxxxx

AMAZING!
Great experience especially by the pool! Antonio was an amazing butler and Belkis mejia amairy made our experience amazing by the pool. Spa was relaxing and got a couples massage
