    El CID Granada Mazatlan

My husband and I go for 4 weeks every March. We took our family (9 of us) two years ago in November for a week. They enjoyed it so much we went back this year for 8 days. The restaurants are all great. The only issue was trying to book for all 9 of us at once. Sometimes I had to book for 5 and my daughter had to book for 4. Most of the time we were able to have tables moved together but it would be easier if we could arrange for that at the time of booking. El Patio breakfast buffet is excellent. Thanks to Leticia, Angelica, Fabian, Roscio, Lucero for their friendliness and assistance. Ruben at La Pergola is always great, he has a wonderful memory. Lydia at the Granada front desk helped arrange a dinner reservation for my granddaughter’s birthday. She is always helpful with everything. Thanks to Daniel for making sure our rooms were close together. Room 2019 hadn’t been cleaned under the bed on arrival but everything was okay after that. Room 2018 didn’t have hot water in the shower until after 8 each morning. I’ve already booked for my husband and me to return for our next visit. I still am not happy about paying the daily “resort” fee. I heard that was to cover parking, the gym and business centre, none of which we have ever used in our ~20 years of staying at the Granada.

Had a great time in Mazatlan!

My wife and I had a very good time and stay in Mazatlan. It was our first time vacationing in that particular area of Mexico. Three of our waiters (Ignacio, Adan, and Marco) were EXCELLENT! Also, we loved our one-bedroom suite, and our sunset views were amazing. We highly recommend the El Cid Moro.

Stay at El Cid Castilla in Mazatlan

The staff are excellent and very accommodating. El Cid Castilla resort was clean and well maintained. The food was good and the servers are friendly and aimed to please. Ivan Corona was one of the best waiters at this site. He does an excellent job and is very friendly. He remembers us from year to year. Cesear in the buffet area was also excellent.

Great vacation! Great service! Very friendly staff.

We had a great vacation. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. We spent a lot of time at the El Patio restaurant at the granada pool. Jose Gonzalez was our server for most of the stay and he was excellent. He was always happy to see us and gave us great service at all times. We looked forward to seeing him every day and he made us feel like we were family/friends. He definitely helped make the experience more memorable and we will be back in the future.
