Dec 03, 2025Amazing Resort!!
My family and I had an amazing time at this resort . We were in heaven with such a beautiful beach and awesome staff . The food was delicious. The waiter Santiago brought us everything we needed with a smile on his face. Thank you for everything !! We hope to come back soon .

Great family vacation
Friendly staff, great chef creations at the La Veranda restaurant, good snorkeling few steps away, large rooms, quiet family friendly laid back atmosphere

Stayed one full night and left because of terrible service which was very much because of a discrimination situation. Was told by management they would penalize another night but refund for the rest. The second I left the hotel the manager retracted and lied to the travel service I used to book through and refused refund. If you want good service and a nice place stay somewhere else! Didn't feel safe while traveling with family. Been going to Mexico for 15 years and have NEVER had this happen. They give Mexico a bad taste.

Best time ever
It was great. The staff Roger, Angelic, Juan, Oscar, Paulino,,Alton, Yaneth, Herman. They were all so good to us, the food was amazing new things every day

We love it here. Will never stay anywhere else. Staff was friendly and always go out of their way for you. Yanith and Santiago and Paulino are just the best. Ms Martha at the desk is always so helpful. Beach is best around
