  Amazing!

  It was so calming and clean. The staff was so delightful and so full of energy. We especially enjoyed Mafer, Osualdo, Alex, Jerik and Mauricio were so amazing and can’t wait to come back to see them again!

  Wonderful staff, and such a beautiful place. With so much to do!

  I have been to many resorts here in Mexico, this is by far my favorite one. The biggest highlight of the trip was the entertainment. (Osvaldo, Mafer, Alex, DJ Chris, Jerik, Mauricio). They are so such a wonderful job! They are so welcoming, kind, and full of energy and life. They made trip the best. I hope I get to see them again in the future!

  Book now! You won’t regret it!

  The all inclusive experience at El Dorado Maroma is excellent. The staff are all fabulous. Servers, housekeeping, beach attendants, and activities staff are so friendly, helpful, and kind. Big shoutout to Odvaldo, Alex, Mafer, DJ Cris, Jerik, and Mauricio for all the fun activities on the beach, poolside, and in the pool. I cannot recommend this resort more.

  Top service everytime!

  We love staying at maroma, we came last year for the first time and loved it so much we came back. Staff remembered us and were extremely kind and accommodating. The entertainment staff Jerik, Mauricio, Osvaldo, Mafer, DJ Chris, and Alex were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we had fun with every activity. Alejandro, Ana, Salome and Betsabe at the beach bar love chatting and will take care of you! Another fanastic stay ! We will be back again later this year

  A Beautiful, Peaceful Resort with Exceptional Staff

  We recently stayed at El Dorado Maroma Riviera Maya for 12 nights, and overall we truly enjoyed our experience. The resort is small, elegant, and very peaceful, and the beach is absolutely breathtaking — one of the most beautiful we have ever experienced. What truly made our stay memorable were the people. We would like to especially recognize the concierge team, Javier and Dennys. They genuinely listened to our concerns and needs and made sure we were completely satisfied. We were initially disappointed with the room we booked, but they moved us to a different room, which completely transformed our stay for the better. Javier also arranged a special menu for our Christmas dinner, which was wonderful. On our last day, when our pickup vehicle was late and we were very nervous about missing our flight, Javier stayed even after his shift had ended, making all the necessary calls to ensure we got to the airport on time. This level of dedication and care is rare and deeply appreciated. At Lima Limón, the morning servers Angel, Elissio, Bertin, and Denis were outstanding. Every morning they greeted us with smiles, remembered our names, and even remembered how we like to start our day — two coffees from the machine and green juice — without us having to ask. They made us feel like part of the family, not just hotel guests. We would also like to give special recognition to Julian, an evening server who served us only once but left a lasting impression. He was extremely professional and attentive, with excellent knowledge of service timing and food order — never bringing dishes all at once or in the wrong order. We mentioned that we wanted a dessert that Lima Limón served at lunch but not in the evening, and Julian made the effort to find it for us anyway. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care were truly impressive — what a guy! The entertainment team, especially Osvaldo and Maurissio, were wonderful. On Christmas night, when we couldn’t find a photographer, Osvaldo kindly offered to be our personal photographer. He stayed after hours, happy and eager to help, which meant a lot to us. We also enjoyed the Mexican restaurant, with excellent service from Andreas and Sergio Garcia, along with very professional floor managers (unfortunately, we don’t remember their names). While our experience was very positive, we would like to share a few suggestions for improvement. Since we stayed for 12 nights, the restaurant menus remained the same, and after about a week the options became repetitive. Rotating menus every 6–7 days would greatly improve the experience for longer stays. The fruit selection was quite limited, and when visiting Mexico, we hoped for a wider variety of tropical fruits. We also missed having cheese or charcuterie plates, and desserts overall were not very exciting. We are wine drinkers rather than hard-liquor drinkers, and unfortunately the wine selection was very limited and quite basic, which was disappointing for a resort of this level. Evenings were very quiet. Aside from live music from 8:30 to 9:30 pm and background music only at the Mexican restaurant, most areas were silent. A bit more evening atmosphere or entertainment would greatly enhance the experience. Rick’s Bar, in particular, felt very plain, with little character or ambiance — it felt like an ordinary room that had simply been turned into a bar. It didn’t invite us to stay and enjoy the space. The late-night disco was also not very engaging for us. Overall, this is a quiet, intimate resort, ideal for guests seeking relaxation and escape. If you are looking for lively nightlife and variety, it may feel too calm — but if peace, natural beauty, and truly outstanding service matter most, this resort delivers. We are very grateful to the incredible staff who made our stay special and hope to return in the future.
