i just recently returned from a wonderful trip back to Eldorado Seaside Palms, the destination wonderful the Staff exceptional! Now, my comparison.😊I was fortunate enough to go 3 years earlier in November of 2021 with my siblings and parents. the resort was beautiful, rooms comfortable and to be up close and beach front was fantastic. Daily activities included water aquatics everyday at noon in the ocean, beach volleyball and daily crafts. The staff came around to rally you into getting up and participating. Lunch time was always an experience with pop up individuals cooking tacos grilled pizza Cheeseburgers charbroiled meats and the natural juices were superb 👍There was individual vendors along the walkway so you could purchase trinkets and souvenirs to take home. night time shows were wonderful especially the fire show i am glad to see they have brought back. Everyday after housekeeping had been in i would find a cute little animal or something else made from the towels. The aviance of the whole place made you feel special and loved and appreciated. You could always catch a ride in one of the many gold cart like shuttles always whizzing by taking a guest some place or on a tour.🤗 Now, Jump to September 2024, same resort wonderful staff beautiful beach. However, the aviance, and personal touches are sadly gone. The resort has recently changed owners and are making changes. They are now catering more to “members” instead of guests. They no longer have the pop up lunch stations, no vendors to decker with on prices, no natural juices to drink every day, no water exercises in the ocean. Beach Barbeque one of my favorite places to get breakfast and lunch in 2021 is closed and changing to Vegan. The restaraunts in 2021 were wonderful they are now trying new menus with less food which is fine but why change a good thing?! Butlers at beach side are still wonderful however more of the Bali beds are being roped off for “members” only. you now have to call to get a shuttle pick up instead of just catching one as they would whiz by you in 2021. Bottom line, did i enjoy my trip i just got back from? i did, i just missed the aviance and personal touches they are now catering to “members” more than regular guests. Hopefully the new owners will pay attention to honest reviews and once again find that balance in treating “everyone” the same😊

I came with my best friend to visit the riviera maya and i read a lot of good reviews about this place so we booked it and then once we got here we fall in love of all the resort cause is obsolutely Amazing, the way that resort mixed the decoration with the buildings it makes you feel connected with the nature. Our room was cleaned everyday. If we talked about food i can say that is really yummy is a lot of variation on it, you can get italian food, asian, Mexican and other ones. And then a good part of our staying was really fun with Luis, Adriana and Luana doing aquafitness, Water polo with Alexandro and Angel, Beach volleyball with jose and Maria. This guys are really fun and they gonna make your vacations more memorable

Amazing and relaxing honeymoon experience!
We came here for our honeymoon for 6 nights and we had an amazing time. It was our first time choosing a resort without family we we were a little nervous but were surprised and so pleased with our experience. The palms side is absolutely beautiful, intimate, and quiet. Very nice for anyone who wants a quiet romantic vacation. Keep in mind we did go during slow season in late September. The food was delicious and we are picky about that, there was a lot of variation in food and flavours. The beach is also gorgeous, white sand and crystal clear water. All the staff were also wonderful and accommodating, we had a lot of great experiences with the entertainment staff including Benjamin from entertainment on seaside suites side with dancing. We also had such a great time doing volleyball and crafts with Jose, Luis, Maria, Angel, Alexandro. We would love to come here again and would recommend it to anyone else!

Super relaxing and very accommodating
El dorado was amazing , the food was actually really good (well seasoned and all meats were “fall off the bone”) the drinks were definitely not watered down. The service from all the employees was 5 star, they are all so so nice and accommodating, they all have the greatest attitudes and they remain so patient and nice even when met with the loud obnoxious Americans. Humberto in the lobby was so so sweet, he remembered our names and talked with us on multiple occasions. The entertainment team is always the best, they put their best effort forward. Benjamin from the seaside suites side came over one night and he was the best! I love him so much he was so friendly. Jose, Luis, Maria, Angel, Alexandro from the entertainment team were so so good too.

A truly special holiday.
My visit was amazing. I came for my partners birthday and had an amazing time. We had the moonlight dinner one night which was so romantic and well worth the price. We also did the half day trip to swim with turtles and visit a cenote. There were so many bats it was incredible. All the TUI instructors were great too. We particularly enjoyed the morning yoga with Adriana to start the day followed by the pool activities with Luis. To anyone celebrating a special occasion, there is the option to socialise or just keep to yourselves as much as you want. I can’t suggest it enough.
