  Fabulous hotel in a great location

  Beautiful hotel resort. Lovely rooms. Friendly staff, at reception, at breakfast, on housekeeping duty and in the bar at night. Good varied breakfast every morning. The hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes walk into Fira town centre. Even less to the bus station, nearest bakery and supermarket. Choice of swimming pools. Great views of both sides of the caldera. There are quite a lot of steps to go up and down to get around the complex but apart from that, everything was perfect !

  Beautiful Property!

  This hotel is very nice and spread out over a large area. There are several pools and loungers available. The rooms are nice and well maintained and resulted in a good nights sleep . The breakfast and dinner buffets are very good. The menu for dinner in the bar has lots of options and the food was really good. The drink prices though are very high, and then there is a tax imposed on top of the prices which make the bar tab significant! However if you want, there are shops and a micro brew within walking distance which provide the same soft drinks/beers at a 1/3 of the price. Disappointed the front desk staff either didn't have change to break large bills or just didn't want to be bothered.

  Lovely Hotel horrible restaurant Manager

  Lovely immaculate hotel, spotless clean. Our room was serviced everyday, but ran out of towels one day and didn’t get any clean towels until after 4,00 pm. If they knew they didn’t have any towels, we would have been happy with the ones we had, but they don’t give you a choice, they are always changed regardless to using them or not. The hotel is approx 10/15 minutes away from the main area, so a good location. It also has loads of sunbeds, if you wanted to laze by the pool. We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights on a half board basis. The restaurant was basic and very noisy and all the buffet food was luke warm, with a three day different menu. The staff were very nice and always ensuring all your plates were taken away as soon as you ate your last mouthful. The manager or bouncer, not sure what he was, was loud and always shouting at his young staff across the room in his native Greek language, if he thought they missed a table or plate he came across as a bully. A few of the nights there were a group of Americans staying, at meal times they got offered tea and coffees with their dinners, but on the nights that they did not have Americans staying, there was no tea and coffee offered with your meal. Poor show. We paid for an extra night so we could have a late check out. We missed our first nights dinner due to our flight being late and as we paid for 7 nights half board, we asked reception if we could use this on our day of departure, which we were told we could. On the last day the restaurant bouncer, sorry Manager? advised us that the charge for the meal would be charged to our room, we then advised him that we already spoke to reception and they said it would be okay to have the dinner as we missed one. The Manager was loud and not discreet in front of other guests which was such a shame as we had such a lovely time up until that point. He obviously knew this as the staff asked us our room number, but he decided to ask us after our meal and try to embarrass us. It was sorted out fortunately, but left a disappointing feeling. Can I suggest that the hotel uses some form of voucher and this unpleasantness would never happen to anyone again. I would recommend this hotel, but not on a half board basis and just be prepared for the unorganised restaurant for breakfast, if you manage to get a table or not.

  Nice hotel, good location

  Large hotel with five outdoor pools so easy to access sun lounges. We stayed in a standard double on level 3 with pool nearby. Room was comfortable, nicely decorated, good bathroom and shower. No bathroom amenity kits though. Expected this being a 5 star hotel. No hair conditioner, only shampoo and shower gel. Has a wall hairdryer which I dislike but not a big deal. 10 minute walk to Fira, local supermarket and bus stop so handy location. Many groups stay here and they are well managed. Breakfast is good although can be busy, well managed however. Many other hotels in Fira have a lot of steps so this resort is a good option to avoid difficult access. I would stay at the resort again.

  Excellent hotel

  Second visit to this hotel & it's still excellent. The location is perfect to walk to the supermarket for supplies (there is a fridge in each room) & Fira is just a 10 minute stroll away. The breakfast has greatly improved since last year - it was good but simple - but now there is excellent choice of fresh fruits, cakes & pastries, cold meats, cheeses & salad & a selection of hot dishes. The a la carte evening menu has also changed, it's smaller, I would recommend the El Greco burger. The hotel is very clean & well maintained. A big thank you to our room maid, who cleaned our room daily so well it was like a brand new room every day. We went a week earlier than last year so was busier by the 3 main pools but no 6/7am dash to put towels out! And there was a stack of spare loungers by each main pool just in case. But there are also a couple of quiet smaller pools that always seemed to have space The famed Santorini sunset can be seen from the front of the hotel. Will be booking again for next year.
