Just returned from a weeks holiday here. Great hotel, very clean, nice food & drinks.. Amazing staff that go out of their way to help. We will definitely be returning❤️

Fantastic
This was our third stay at El Greco. Once again we have had a fantastic stay. Hotel spotless, staff go above and beyond, food good, great size modern rooms. Just a little advise the lovely men in the buggies need to slow down a little. Saving beds all day with a no show, this should be monitored. We witnessed a young couple put towels on the beds at 9am started talking to another couple then said we’ll see you later we’re going to Kamari beach, they didn’t return but towels stayed on the beds. We then witnessed people looking for beds. Please do not let this put you off this is a minor issue.

Top notch Hotel
Currently staying here and it’s a fantastic hotel , clean and tidy, great choice of food and drinks, 4 immaculate pools and really friendly staff, one of the best hotel resorts we have ever stayed at.

Outstanding hotel
We stayed here for a week . The people at reception were great and very welcoming. We went on a buggy to our room they took our cases up which was great. The rooms and bathroom was perfect size and very clean . One day we were only give hand towels and reception were on it straight away and received proper towels. Room was serviced every day. The pools areas was cleaned everyday even the pool itself. Breakfast was brilliant catered for everyone. The veiws from here was outstanding.

The room I was given bore no resemblance to the descriptions and photos on the tour operator’s and hotel’s websites. It was supposed to have a "garden or pool view", but the balcony overlooked a field of stunted crops; the dirty sunbeds for the small pool were located below on a bare concrete platform—no tiling whatsoever. The room featured an unnecessary, dangerous, and narrow little bathtub, and a nasty shower curtain that kept sticking to my skin. Based on the photos, there was supposed to be a walk-in shower. Otherwise, it was an okay holiday week; the food was good, and the room was cleaned daily. Once at this hotel was enough.
