If disappointment was a hotel, this would be it.
My family of 4 (3 adults 1 child) arrive to check in, only to find they didn't have the room we booked. They had no issue getting us into a room the next size down (a king suite), but it wouldn't work for our party because it only had 1 bed and a couch. We promptly told the manager, but he wasn't able to accommodate. He did offer to cancel our room without penalty if we could find accommodations elsewhere. With it being Thanksgiving we weren't able to, though. We ended up requesting an additional single, lowest rate room for my 19 year old which the manager, Jose said they had, however they didn't. We were charged for another king suite. We only received 2 wristbands for breakfast, for the 4 of us. The beds are rock hard, the bathrooms are under construction which wasn't mentioned at booking. Ours didn't have any shampoo on the wall. Of the 2 sets on elevators in hotel, only 1 worked. The beach is a short walk away, but I have no idea where the chairs and umbrellas are that are shown in the hotel pictures, we didn't see them, but the worst part about this hotel is the noise. The constant coming and going off airplanes is all you hear all. night. long. The casino is small and what I expected. No craps tables and very few popular slot machines. I don't recommend this hotel.

November in PR
Every room had all the conveniences needed to make your stay comfortable. The lobby area was extremely cold all the time. Even the rooms were very cold. The breakfast could have been different. There were eggs omelets or eggs and sausage with fruit every day. A change-up is good.

Renovation project in progress.
Staff have all been friendly and helpful. Hotel is in major renovations so lots of construction noise each day. The AC is running on super cold, bring warm clothing for the lobby and casino areas. It would have been nice to know this in advance.

Worst place to stay in San Juan
I checked in on Sunday September 22,2024 upon arrival front desk agent Melvin who checked me in was very cold and extremely rude, no smile, no welcome to the hotel. He was more concerned with making a sale of how many more people I was traveling with and his upgrade sale. I was given a room and the whole carpet wet and smelled like mold. The only good service was the housekeeping cleaning I was grateful. Please do not eat breakfast the pancakes are hard and horrible. Upon checking out on Wednesday September 25 ,2024 worst front desk agent BLANCA I encountered in my life. I asked her why I was getting charged more than I was told she explained and I understood she began to raise her voice saying that you people come all the time with 4 people what to be charged for 2 people I left hotel feeling heartbroken the way I was treated. Please do not stay at this property. The manager OCar has no control of the front desk agent . He needs to train team better customer service. All concerned about his upsells and not the customer’s stay.

Honest review
Parking accessible and fast but not free Check in was fast and easy Room is HUGE and well equipped with small fridge and microwave and sink 2 tvs and a well furnished living room and dining room with a bedroom door for privacy Hot tub was nice and hot, pool looked beautiful and clean not cramped, enough seating for people and free towels. The gym was well equipped with cable machine you will need ankle straps to do any leg workouts but does have several upper body attachments. They have a bike, 2 treadmills, an elliptical machine and a nice rack of free weights with 1 bench, few medicine balls and a big ball and a mat. I was pleased with the gym -The bad- The bad thing is there is no free 24 hour coffee or after breakfast hours coffee for guest staying and you have to use the coffee machine in your room and u have to continuously ask for creamer. -Suggestion- The hotel should really consider keeping a coffee station open till 8pm at least. Especially for the weekends when there are people who do not drink alcohol they don’t need to go to their rooms to get a coffee and it’s available downstairs. The gym would really benefit from a stair master.
