Average hotel room. A little dated, but very nice. Bed very comfortable. Lots of steps!!! No elevators to rooms on any floor. Not handicapped or elderly friendly. Service at restaurant was slow. They were nice once you got their attention. Need more staff, especially when the cruise ships come in and people do excursions to Emerald Beach. No chairs for guests. Otherwise a fun time

Service in restaurant was very poor, slow or non-existent and the tip was already automatically added. The fridge in room had the door missing of the freezer section therefore our icecream defrosted and was ruined.

If you are looking for a Cozy hotel on the beach within walking distance from airport Emerald beach is the place for you. We did not leave the resort this stay and took full advantage of the multiple activities on the beach and the lively beach bar. One of the highlights of our trip was the New Years Eve party on the beach were we met great people and danced into the New year. The staff , especially Joel, went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was memorable. Their friendliness and attentiveness made us feel at home. Highly recommend Emerald Beach for anyone looking for a fun relaxing vacation.

Great beach location
Great location near airport. Beach area is beautiful. Only negative is bar and restaurant was way understaffed when we were there.

If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful place this is not your hotel. Expect to have planes flying over. We went to the hotel restaurant when we arrived and received cold food. Went back for breakfast the next morning and again, cold food. Even if the food was hot, it was subpar at best. The rooms were nothing to write home about either. There was sand in my bed, no hot water, dirty floors, broken blow dryer and light bulbs out. For $360 do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! The staff was friendly however, did not offer any type of compensation when we told them about the issues. Thankfully we were only there for one night.
