Very bad - should have been compensated for room with scalding shower water and food poisoning - but no response from management. The pool area was a disgrace as well - felt bad for those patrons who had saved for a vacation there. The only saving grace was that we were only there for one night...which they apparently count on for business.

Service was great thanks to Celeese, Sheriff, Paul & Randy. The beach is absolutely gorgeous & and was the best part of my trip. Rooster will wake you up if you’re in building 2.So don’t stay there. My room was as described so I was pleased. We could have used more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, but overall my birthday getaway was Fabulous! The beach is absolutely beautiful and worth the stay. I would go back!🏖️💪🏽🍹🎉😎

Good & convenient.
You can't beat the location for the price. Right on the beautiful beach, 5 minute ride from the airport. Love the balcony overlooking the water. Service everywhere friendly & polite. Taxi service readily available. Paul at the Carribean Cuisine is awesome! I will look for him anytime I come back. What a gentleman! A few minor things: It took much longer than we were told to change our room to a closer location with less stairs. For some unexplained reason water was turned off for 4 vs. the 3 hours we were told (didn't matter much because for the most part we were at the beach). Wish the rooms had microwaves & more bathroom hooks for our washcloths & towels. Overall, the good far outweighed anything negative. I would visit here again with family.

Close to airport. Roosters outside rooms loud at all hours waking us at 3AM. Rooms very warm - AC didn’t sufficiently cool rooms. Mattress very hard and uncomfortable.
