Terrible. The rooms are outdated, full of mold, and some ceilings literally flow. Every weekend, the resort is invaded by locals who can’t live: they literally fight at the buffet like a bunch of seagulls around a fries. Children are left unsupervised and without rules. It’s unfortunate, but the uncivility of some local customers has completely ruined the experience. For food and drink, do not have high expectations. The buffet hardly ever changes: you will eat mashed plantain and pizza all week. Waiters always serve ridiculous portions of wine, even if you leave a tip, as if they were afraid of running out. Apart from a few nice servers, the majority of Service is pitiful. The beach is beautiful and well equipped with sun loungers. Unfortunately, you will be constantly harassed by street vendors who, day after day, will spoil your experience. Throughout your stay, you will also be bothered by the time share sellers (Club Elite), which makes the overall experience very unpleasant. In short, this resort is one of the worst I have seen.

Excellent professional staff and with dedication excellent room service and bars the drinks with quality and varied the entertainment team the cappuccino and Carol G the best of the best already come twice and is the hotel I recommend for the holidays thanks

The best holiday
The best experience more amazing than ever had the best hotel the best entertainment team food with many varieties and with first attention thank you cappuccino for all the attentions and Carolina from the animation team will be back soon

One of the worst hotels I ever stay. The hotel is very rundown. There was an animal in my bathroom ceiling. The room smelled like mold. The lighting was very poor, especially in the bathroom. There was no entertainment in sight. Check-in took forever. The staff was nice and professional.

Fabulous two week vacation atEmotiond by Holdelpa!!
This resort is absolutely an absolute gem !! The beach is gorgeous without seaweed and has a great beach bar and restaurant ! We had swim out rooms which were delightful . The ala cartes were even better than last year and their cocktails have improved immeasurably . My favourite a la cart was the Dominican this year . Their ceviche and beef tenderloin Devine. The staff everywhere at this resort go out of their way to accommodate and make you feel very welcome . Think we are coming back for a third trip I forgot to mention the spa treatment inexpensive and they are experts at what they do!!!
