  A piece of heaven

  Such an amazing trip! Savanna was so much help with little tips to make the itinerary that I planned work. The whole family was so nice and I couldn't have asked for a better location. So close to Cruz Bay but far enough away that you had peace and quiet. 10/10 would recommend and trust me, we will be back!

  Gorgeous and friendly place to stay!

  My friend and I went to St. John recently and stayed here five nights. Would definitely stay here again!! It’s a GORGEOUS property - shout out to Leo who does their grounds - it’s basically a botanic garden. The service is also great and very friendly! It’s family-owned, and a lot of them live on-property, plus they’re very easy to contact and very responsive. The location is fantastic! It’s a short walk down the hill to Cruz Bay and all the bars/restaurants/ferries. And they have very friendly resident cats! Plus a pool with epic views of Cruz Bay, free continental breakfast, and a fantastic generator - when everyone else lost power, we had no interruptions. Can’t wait to go back! Savanna was amazing as was Tim! Kisses to Boots, Mason, and Soca (the cats).

  Gem of a place

  What a gem of a place. We stayed at Estate Lindholm for 5 nights at the end of May and into June. This place was amazing. Location was perfect for us. Just a short walk up hill to the national park or downhill into town. We stayed in a room named Waterlemon. It was very clean, very quiet and well appointed. Super comfy beds and a gorgeous view of Cruz Bay, downtown and St. Thomas. Breakfast was included and was all you need to start the day. The views from the breakfast area were fantastic. The family that owns the Estate live on property and are available to answer any questions or make suggestions where to go etc. Savannah was a great hostess and a wealth of knowledge about the area. She made sure we had whatever we needed and genuinely likes to see her guests enjoying themselves. We have traveled to many islands and St. John and Estate Lindholm quickly jumped to #1. You won't be disappointed booking a stay here. Thanks for sharing your beautiful slice of Heaven with us. We will be back. Hi to Boots.

  All that we were hoping for and more

  Estate Lindholm was a perfect home base for my first visit to St. John. My mom and I stayed in "Mingo" and the main room + loft was a great set up for us. We loved chatting with Tim and Savanna and fellow travelers over breakfast while we recapped the previous day's adventures and planned for the day ahead. The room has everything you need including beach chairs, beach towels, and a small cooler. The location couldn't be more perfect--easy access to the North Shore beaches and Mongoose Junction/Cruz Bay. Big thank you to the fabulous team for making our stay so memorable!!!

  Beautiful winter getaway

  We were late in booking a winter getaway, and happily the Estate Lindholm had one room still available for our dates. What a wonderful experience! The motto/description on their roadside sign is, “an intimate tropical inn”, and that describes it well. Our room had a lovely view and was cleaned every day. The small pool was a welcome cooling-off and gathering spot after a walk (on a steep hill) into town for lunch. The “continental” breakfast includes hard-boiled eggs and yogurt, so it’s possible to get good protein before launching into the day’s activities. Breakfast takes place on a lovely terrace, and the host is helpful with beach recommendations tailored to the weather. We would happily return to Estate Lindholm any time!
