Great Stay at Excalibur – Highly Recommend!
We had a great experience at Excalibur Resort and Casino and would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view of the Las Vegas Strip—waking up to that view was a highlight of our trip! The text-based concierge service was super convenient and responsive. They helped us with check-out details and quickly fulfilled requests for things like extra towels and toilet paper. We also loved the hotel's location—right on the Strip, making it easy to explore Las Vegas. There were plenty of dining options available, and we really enjoyed the brunch buffet, especially the unlimited drink option! Overall, it was a great stay with comfort, convenience, and excellent service. We’ll definitely consider staying here again on our next Vegas trip!

Terrible Stay
Pool Slide closed at 5pm (right when we arrived with our kids who were really looking forward to it). Website advertises multiple pools, but they are all closed except one. Did the mobile check in and added parking, but was not able to scan anything into parking garage upon arrival (had to wait to print room key from tablet which was difficult to find that area, whole process is confusing and backwards especially with getting a parking permit). Room smelled musty, there should at least be a fridge c'mon! TV didn't work, shampoo & conditioner were cheap dressed up in reusable dispenser. Nothing at all to make room feel nice, comfortable or special. Oh and the pool chairs were filthy. Overall, very disappointed - will try Mandalay Bay next time with the kids I guess.
