Excellent location and secure! Every staff member we met — front desk, bellman, doorman, waiter, and room service — was kind and greeted us when we arrived. The room was clean, spacious and have all the necessary thing. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Very nice property in Panama City
This is nice hotel in the financial district of Panama City. It's about a five minute walk from the El Carmen Metro station, and there are many restaurants and stores nearby. I felt perfectly safe walking back to the hotel after 10:00 PM. My room was clean and comfortable. Thankfully it had a strong air conditioner to combat the oppressive heat and humidity. Traffic in front of the building can be really bad during rush hour, so just keep that in mind if you're getting an UBER.

May 31, 2026$65 US for used hotel Towels???????
I stayed at this hotel for my birthday… and on the night before checking out they slipped a letter under my door stating that I stained they’re towels( white) (with makeup)and I had to pay 15$ each for 3 small ones and 20$ for a large towel. A grand total of 65$ for towels!!! As a female on vacation by myself this was an unexpected charge ,they were not very accommodating and I think this matter was communicated very poorly, there was no one to dispute this issue with only a security guard at midnight. I found this outrageous. I left the hotel quite soured, I felt targeted, robbed and profiled. I have never experienced such a thing and I have visited numerous upscale and small franchise resorts… I wasn’t provided with any alternatives to use for this purpose only a large fine as a result. My room was cleaned several times before and towels were changed. They could’ve advised me to be careful of this charge from the first offense n not wait until I was leaving to tally a large charge. Do not go if u r not prepared to deal with these ridiculous charges.

Spotless modern hotel located in downtown financial district. Quiet area, comfortable beds, good front desk staff, excellent fully stocked free breakfast. Definitely a pleasant stay!

Popular and A Nice Spot to Stay
We booked the first 2 nights of our trip here and wanted to extend but they were full. The lobby is crazy busy and they seem to get a lot of big tour groups. The lobby was piled high with luggage just stacked around. We arrived off a 6 am flight from Chicago and they let us leave our luggage also so we could explore the city right away. We picked the hotel for the reasonable price and the location close to the metro station. Our room was good and the air conditioning was good too. The pool was nice. Breakfast buffet was plentiful, constantly restocked and included with our booking. We have no complaints.
