Oct 29, 2026Awesome Stay at the Fairmont
During our trip to Puerto Rico we stayed at the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel. The staff was fantastic! Special shout out to Francesca at the front desk. She was friendly, polite and professional. Francesca was extremely helpful in assisting us in obtaining an ocean view villa [room]. The room was fabulous!! Francesca was also a great source of information about the hotel resturants which proved to be very helpful. We dined at various restaurants in the hotel and we're very pleased with the quality of each meal. Kudos to the resturant staff and chefs. We had such a good time in Puerto Rico and and at the Fairmont thst we intend to return next year.

An Absolutely Beautiful Stay at Fairmont El San Juan
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Beautiful Stay at Fairmont El San Juan! I spent five wonderful days at the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel in Puerto Rico celebrating my birthday with family and friends, and it was truly a memorable experience! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The interior architecture is stunning, the grounds are beautiful, and there are plenty of pools and spaces to relax and enjoy yourself. The beach was fairly clean, and the overall atmosphere made it a wonderful setting for a birthday celebration. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service. Shirley, who assisted us with check-in, was incredibly helpful and welcoming, setting the tone for a great stay from the very beginning. I also have to give a special shout-out to Frances Adorno, who assisted us at checkout. She was exceptional! She took her time, patiently walked us through our bills, answered our questions, and made sure we fully understood the charges and were satisfied before leaving. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine commitment to ensuring a positive guest experience deserve special recognition. Frances was a 10 out of 10! Overall, the Fairmont El San Juan delivered a beautiful setting, excellent service, and a wonderful experience for my birthday celebration. I left with great memories and would absolutely return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Puerto Rico, whether for a special occasion or simply a relaxing getaway! Thank you to the team for helping make my birthday celebration so special!

Exceptional Service from France Adorno – Fairmont El San Juan Hotel
My stay at the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel was outstanding, thanks to France Adorno, who delivered some of the best hospitality I’ve experienced anywhere. From the moment I checked in, France made me feel welcomed and completely taken care of. She went above and beyond to ensure I had all the details about the hotel’s amenities, dining options, entertainment, and everything available on the property. France is truly the go‑to person for anything you need during your stay. Her professionalism, warmth, and deep knowledge of the hotel made my experience seamless and enjoyable. It’s rare to encounter someone who consistently provides this level of service, and she absolutely deserves acknowledgment from management. Because of France, I would gladly stay at this hotel again. She is a true asset to the Fairmont El San Juan and a shining example of five‑star hospitality.
