Amazing Family Stay – Exceptional Service at Paradisus Grand Cana
Our stay at Paradisus Grand Cana by Meliá was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. Everything was excellent — the food, restaurants, rooms, cleanliness, facilities, pools, atmosphere, and overall service. Our family felt welcomed and very well taken care of throughout the entire stay. A very special recognition goes to Michael from Reception and Onil from Family Concierge. Both provided outstanding service and truly went above and beyond to make our experience special. They were professional, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their exceptional service made a real difference and helped make our vacation even more memorable. We had an amazing experience and would absolutely return. We highly recommend Paradisus Grand Cana by Meliá to families looking for a beautiful resort with excellent food, accommodations, and exceptional hospitality.

Aug 29, 2026Really low service overall, romantic dinner was change several times. Pool service was not deliver,
Romantic dinner was change several times to the point that I rather cancel it due to the over complications, pool services were not deliver. After my complaint one staff member Jorge, told me that if I don’t like the service he will send me the email to cancel the membership with the concierge. At this point I haven’t received any help with my complain.

Staff in the cafe was not kind, they opened later than 8am, they had a bad attitude toward us every morning we were there 8/18-8/22. Bartenders were nice only when we tipped them but they should be kind either way, pool boys were inappropriately flirtatious in a family environment. Jaime, Frededdy, were extremely kind, and went out of their way to make our experience better!
