  Waitress was so sweet.

  Mayte was so sweet and attentive. She waited on me a couple of times during my stay. Everything I wanted was available and I enjoyed the pasties also. What a nice way to complete the evening.

  Mayte, Yara, Mary, Eneyda and the entire staff at Piacere were amazing! Great coffee and amazing pastries! Going to miss this place!!

  Stunning hotel

  Upon arriving I was blown away by the room it was extremely clean and modern. The hotel is a large resort that uses golf carts and boats to manoeuvre around. There are several restaurants on the property but we only ate at the Japanese which was ok and the sports bar which was very very poor the food tasted as if it was fried in dirty oil. We ordered room service once and it took forever. Daily we ate at the buffet and for a resort this size the selection was small. And very repetitive. By the end of our stay we were thoroughly fed up with the selection. Staff in the buffet tend to stand around chatting on some days we didn't even get offered water. I think the buffet would benefit from a manager overseeing the staff. The pools are open late. Most Staff are extremely hardworking and nothing is too much trouble. There a bare staff in blue shorts who try to get you to go for a "free" massage but it's just so u go to a timeshare meeting. The maid service was ok only let them in once due to the late times they would come. We requested extra towels when required and they were replenished no problem. The drinks guy is thorough but the fridge is small , considering the room Sleeps 4. There are soaps and shampoos in the rooms which are of very low quality- bring your own. We used Ubers to get around which were very cheap. The guests here are predominantly Spanish speaking but most staff speak English. There was no hairdryer in the room but there were 2 robes and an iron and ironing board. There seemed to be a lot of things going on in the evening however we didn't get to see anything as we were being controlled by our 12 year old!. Amazon sticks work on the TV. Although the hotel looks stunning I wouldn't return due to the food and the fact that it's not directly on the beach. The beach had a small amount of seaweed and was nice. When we arrived we were not given a map of the resort which was strange considering the size of it, and we barely knew what was happening, I'm not sure if there was an app we weren't told about.

  This is the best resort I’ve been to so far!! The service was excellent and there was so much to do

  The staff was super friendly and house keeping provided us with wine and fruit everyday!! Every area on the property was clean and updated. I plan on making this resort an annual vacation destination

  my Wedding

  Unfortunately, my experience with the wedding planning team at Grand Palladium was very disappointing. The wedding planner was extremely unorganized, and there were several issues with communication, coordination, and attention to detail. Planning a wedding is a very important and meaningful experience, and I expected a much higher level of professionalism and organization. Although the resort itself was beautiful, the wedding planning experience left me very dissatisfied and did not meet the expectations I had for such a special occasion.
