Staff is amazing! Yonni, Andres, Sergio, Antonia, David, and Gume really made a difference during our stay. The food was delicious. The hotel and the beach attached are very clean. It's near the airport so the location was convenient.

The Fiesta Americana is a very dated resort that needs work on the pools , rooms, and restaurants. They are under construction on the lobby and installing another elevator which made for a dusty construction zone for us to get to our room. The resort will be a different resort in a year but this was not the time to visit Fiesta Americana. We had to upgrade our room as the pool was overpopulated with children. This is a family focused resort if you are looking for a couple resort this is not the location. We had to pay $600 to upgrade our room to escape the peacock and get access to the Adult only pool. The pump went out on the adult pool and it was cloudy from the storms. You get a special dinner with the upgrade but if you want a real surf and turf you have to pay 100 for the lobster. The spa and wait staff were the best part of our stay at Fiesta Americana . Rosario Veronica Ignacio and Rafael were incredible! They made the trip amazing.
