Review Hotel I had low expectations coming to the all-inclusive hotel. Due to reading the reviews. Not wanting to give the reviews all the credit. I came in with low standards . Unfortunately, the hotel could not even Uphold the low standards I set. It started off with the hotel staff. Greeting you once you entered the hotel with fantastic. But when you went to actually check in, nobody at the counter. Spoke any English. They were just trying to rush and have you sign for your room. It seemed like they did not want you to read what you were signing. next was the water down alcohol, the crowdedness of every place. Even though it was off-season during hurricane season, I cannot imagine what it would be like during the season. The beach was nice and kept clean, but the lifeguards, would not let you swim because you were too far away from them and the water was not even waist deep. Not knowing what their was to do during your stay besides a piece of paper with one activity a day besides Sunday , there was nothing to do, and 2 of the nights were the same guys playing music. I thought the whole point of all-inclusive was to keep you on the premise, but with nothing to do, i was not at the hotel a lot. Don't get me started on the food. All I will say is it was not worth eating. And if you saw something like chocolate milk 1 day the next day, they didn't even know what you were talking about. My favorite part has to be if they don't think you know how to speak Spanish. Or you don't want to speak Spanish. Too them They will in front of you talk bad about you in Spanish. Not knowing you speak, and they don't even care. It also is not flamingo themed oriented, only a few flamingo banners and on the cups. Upon leaving, they forced you to fill out a survey and win standing in the lobby. If you did not get one of their taxes, they were very rude Standoffish it Left a very bad taste in my mouth for this hotel. Definitely not coming back and not recommending family and friends.

The staff is amazing, especially Carlos, Luis Miguel, Elpedio, Samuel and Daniel! The hotel is very clean, staff is always cleaning. Very happy with that but unfortunately the wifi is terrible, not in rooms or restaurants. The food was ok except for the Don Roberto’s pizza restaurant, that’s very good. The ‘snack’ has only 5 booths so very hard to find a spot to sit. And unfortunately if you’re looking for pool or beach activities, there are none. They do have a few activities at night but they are not very long. All in all, the hotel was ok. I’d give it a 3.5 out of 5.

Had a great time at flamingo resort ! What made the stay so beautiful was the amazing staff. Andres Morales the bartender was more than great if you go please ask for the Morales special you won't regret it. Also the hospitality of Daniel, Jayson and Jose was over the top. Really grateful for all the attention we were treated like princess's and felt at home.

Try the pizza very good buffet alote variety and la carte menu very good
Great hotel very peaceful went with family but for this hotel I would recommend a swim out is needed it was a wonderful trip the only down side is the noise of construction in the afternoon I think they were renovating the room up to us

It's a very beautiful hotel, nice pools, nice room, limited food but good food. The majority of the personal are very good, just some bar tender are a little bit ruff, specifically the bar tender on Don Roberto's BAr. The hotel has a lot of potential. I love my swim up room.
