I have stayed here a few times and still love it! From check in to check out they take care of you and make sure you have a wonderful time. Valeri at the front desk is very helpful and genuinely cares if you have a great time. All the front desk staff are pleasant and helpful. The entertainment staff keep you busy with lots of activities and Marcos was wonderful at keeping me busy with beach volleyball, bingo, and helping me practice my spanish. The food quality is always excellent and they pay attention to detail at the buffet to make sure it is always clean and the trays refilled. One of the buffets was closed so the food was a little repetitive but still good. The AC was on in the buffet restaurant and it was comfortable in the summer heat. The Azul restaurant was closed but they alternated the menu with the Mexican restaurant so all was good and they were easy to get a table at. They have late night tacos, but too late for me. I went for Mexican a-la-carte and Jesus and team were wonderful. This is low season so they really didn't need to have everything open. Jose always had my nightcap ready with a smile at the lobby bar and there was entertainment most of the nights, but I didn't usually stay up late enough for it. The rooms are a little older, but very spacious and clean, I booked a standard room but still had an ocean view and a mini fridge. The grounds are beautifully maintained and there is an adult pool, family pool, a 3rd pool and hot tub. The adult pool has a bar with snacks like hamburgers and ceviche. No problem getting loungers around the pools or the beach, but in high season get out early! The hotel is right on the bus line to Centro and the romantic zone, and if you get bored there is a mall in either direction when you leave the hotel and an outdoor food court just up the street to the left. In high season be sure to also check out the Thursday night market at Marina Vallarta (not the cruise ship marina). This is an all-inclusive hotel, but do venture out to try some of the great restaurant options of PV. I recommend this hotel for all travellers, families, couples and singles. -Solo female traveller but they all made me feel safe and taken care of. Thank you Friendly Fun Staff - you are the best!

Amazing Food and Exceptional Service from Jesus
We had an amazing dinner here! The food was delicious, the drinks were excellent, and the whole experience was great. Jesus was fantastic — very friendly, attentive, and professional. He really took care of us and made our evening special. Definitely one of our favorite dining experiences on this trip. Highly recommend!

Excellent
What a great and accommodating experience! El Capitan Raul helped us set up a private room to celebrate a birthday for our 90 year old grandmother! It was right at the sunset overlooking the ocean! Our server was Demetrio and he was very attentive and helpful! 10/10 experience! I will definitely be recommending this to everyone I know!

Great service and food
Maria, Luis Arce and Luis Brigena . Gave us great service. They brought us a dessert for are anniversary. 👍👍
