What a great and accommodating experience! El Capitan Raul helped us set up a private room to celebrate a birthday for our 90 year old grandmother! It was right at the sunset overlooking the ocean! Our server was Demetrio and he was very attentive and helpful! 10/10 experience! I will definitely be recommending this to everyone I know!

Hotel Friendly Fun is clean, consistent, and offers good food and drinks. Overall, I have no real compliants. It was bad luck on our part that two restaurants were closed and under inprovement but it happens. I think there would have been more food variety if those two were open. Cheers to who ever makes the salsa there. Very good and very spicy. Loved it. While I don't have any compliants, I have a couple of suggestions. In the adults section, the only shade is near the bar by the pool. There are so many spots below in the sand but way too sunny and hot. Provide some umbrellas or those nice covered beds in the area. Maybe also put up some kind of sunshade over half the pool. Us old people need a bit more shade. Along those lines, apart from my room, there was no place to go cool down. Having an air conditioned place to hide in the main building and have a drink would be nice. There is a place with pool tables that no one uses. Maybe consider re-doing this area as a snack and simple drink area? I've seen that in other places where you can get simple food, soda/water, and maybe beer. Put in some soft music and you have a good place for people to hang out. Maybe some better beer in the room fridge. Light Corona!?! The staff did a great job and a special shout out to Jesus the waiter. He was very friendly and provided amazing service to us. Thanks.
