Lots of steps to get to the hotel. Rooms small and need updating. Not very comfortable. Linens and pillows just ok. Free breakfast was granola bars and instant grits. Will look for alternatives next trip to St Thomas

The service, my family and I received was amazing. To be made to feel like home in a place so far from home was unexpected and so appreciated my kid completely loved every part of the experience the property is surrounded by fruit trees. You feel like you’re in just in the middle of nature and the pool is so amazing. I really could go on and on. SEIDA and her mom are amazing

Liked it, but don’t expect the Westin
Let’s cover the basics first: If you are looking for high end island lodging, do not stay here. The price point is not low as compared to similar lodgings in, say, Idaho … but this is St. Thomas, so the market is what the market is and this place is not the Westin. If stairs bother you, do not stay here. There are a lot of them and if you are not able to manage that, stay someplace else. Boomers, this probably means you. Ok, cool. Basic hotel with old school hostel charm. Wife and I are used to staying in much more high end places, but enjoyed the rustic oddness of this place. Pool is terrific, views very good, sitting area lovely, staff mostly great if not a bit strange and lecture-prone. (Don’t blame Covid for lack of hot breakfast. It’s 2025. Just say you’re cutting expenses.) And I am not sure if they still call it a B&B, but it’s not. Breakfast is laughable and the boomers staying around us let the staff know, which was entertaining in that way that boomers can be when their wrath is not turned on you. Our bed was awful. Like a canyon. But mostly sleepable. Others said theirs was better, so cool. All and all, would stay again … the location is great and the place has its charms. But, you know, customer beware.

The amount of walking up and down stairs to/from the hotel is TOTALLY unbelievable! Free breakfast is a joke; terrible coffee and stale breakfast bars. There is no ice machine for guests to use. No restaurant; no bar. Rooms are furnished minimally. Bed and 2 pillows were so uncomfortable. The shower was a step down into a concrete hole; no hand rails & no water pressure. The hotel manager and employees were very nice and tried to be accommodating.

May 11, 2024So many steps to an outdated, run down place.
Run down place. We arrived after a very long, exhausting trip in hot clothes from a colder place we call home. After climbing their many, many steep stairs with our luggage, we were “greeted” by a non-caring young girl who said our room wasn’t ready yet. Okay, we were two hours early. Sweat dripping off us, a classier place would have at least offered water. Nope. Once finally checked in, no hairdryer.. grrr. Husband went back down the steps and got one from the office. Ice….. we were given about 15 cubes in a broken ice bucket. Went back for more hours later… and guess what… yup… no more ice. Bed was hard as a rock. Everything was so outdated. Pricey place but so not worth it! Find another place to stay.
