Amazing resort with excellent and attentive service. Kids had an great time as well. Staff are well trained and really care about your experience. We can't wait to come back and wish we stayed longer.

Rosio and Daniels wedding
The stay was wonderful! Service was very good especially from Javier Gio, Alan, Antonio, and Rigoberto from Bocados, and David from Misika all were great and me me feel welcomed, i will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful experience and the service was the best I have ever experienced the people that stood out the most and were the best at what they do were Gio, Alan, Antonio, Javier, Woemy and Rigoberto from Bocados, they were great as well as David from Misika

This is our third time here and the first I realized how thin the walls are and how rude our neighbors are with music til 3:00 am and had to call to ask security to have them turn it down. I love this place but feel they could try and control this guys music he has playing on his patio. We normally stay in a three bedroom suit but this time was on a junior suite with just myself and husband. Although there’s a divider on the patio, you can see your neighbor and they are so disturbing. Great food! Friendly people. I came to relax and far from it. I am in Room 4028B.
