  An Exceptional Luxury Experience — And Truly Exceptional People

  My wife and I chose Sanctuary Garza Blanca Puerto Vallarta to celebrate our 16th wedding anniversary, and from the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something special. We travel frequently and have been fortunate to experience some of the finest luxury hotels around the world, including Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, and Raffles. These experiences have given us a deep appreciation for thoughtful design, refined service, exceptional dining, and the small details that make a stay truly memorable. Sanctuary Garza Blanca not only met our expectations—it exceeded them. We stayed in the brand-new tower Sanctuary Garza Blanca , and the experience was spectacular. Our room was beautifully designed, modern, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable. However, the views were undoubtedly the star of the show. Waking up to the Pacific Ocean each morning was breathtaking, and the scenery from our room and throughout the resort was unforgettable. The infinity pool was another highlight. Its position overlooking the ocean created the feeling of floating above the coastline. We spent time there relaxing together, enjoying the view, and appreciating the opportunity to celebrate such an important milestone in such a beautiful setting. The infinity pool alone is worth every penny. We also chose the all-inclusive option and were genuinely impressed by the quality and variety of the food. We have stayed at enough all-inclusive resorts to know that dining can sometimes be the weak point, but that was not our experience here. The restaurants offered delicious food, good variety, and a level of quality that exceeded our expectations. For us, dining is an important part of travel. During our anniversary celebration, our meals were opportunities to slow down, enjoy each other’s company, and create memories together. Sanctuary Garza Blanca provided the perfect setting for those moments. What truly elevated our experience, however, was the staff. Luxury is not only about beautiful architecture, spectacular views, or impressive amenities. True luxury is ultimately about how you are made to feel—the sense that someone genuinely cares about your comfort and that your needs are noticed. The team at Sanctuary Garza Blanca understands this exceptionally well. We want to give a very special thank-you to our concierge, Marco. From the beginning, his warm smile, professionalism, and genuine hospitality stood out. He helped make our stay completely stress-free and was always attentive, helpful, and welcoming. Marco never made us feel like just another reservation. He made us feel that our anniversary celebration mattered. His willingness to assist, answer questions, and help with arrangements made a significant difference in our experience. It is that kind of personal service that turns a beautiful hotel into a truly memorable one. I also want to recognize Sara from housekeeping, because people working behind the scenes often do not receive the credit they deserve. Sara was exceptional. She kept our room immaculate and refreshed it two or three times a day with remarkable care and attention to detail. Everything was consistently clean, organized, and beautifully presented. This level of housekeeping is something we have honestly never experienced to this degree—not even at some of the major luxury brands where we have stayed, including Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, and Raffles. Returning to a beautifully cared-for room several times throughout the day made us feel genuinely valued. It was clear that Sara takes pride in her work, and we truly appreciated everything she did to make our stay more comfortable. Marco and Sara represent exactly what hospitality should be. Their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care are what made our experience stand out. Our 16th anniversary was never simply about staying at another beautiful hotel. We wanted to create memories that we would carry with us for years to come, and Sanctuary Garza Blanca gave us exactly that. We enjoyed waking up to the ocean, relaxing by the infinity pool, sharing wonderful meals, exploring the property, and, most importantly, having uninterrupted time together. Those simple moments became some of the most meaningful memories of our anniversary. We also appreciated the balance between luxury and comfort. The resort feels sophisticated and impressive without being overly formal or distant. We could enjoy the beautiful surroundings and high level of service while still feeling completely relaxed. After experiencing many luxury hotels around the world, we have learned that the most memorable properties are not always the ones with the most extravagant buildings or the longest list of amenities. They are the ones where every detail comes together and where the people make you feel special. That is what Sanctuary Garza Blanca did for us. We came expecting a beautiful five-star resort. We left feeling that we had experienced something much more meaningful: genuine Mexican hospitality at its finest. Thank you to the entire Sanctuary Garza Blanca team—and especially Marco and Sara—for making our 16th wedding anniversary so unforgettable. Your professionalism, warmth, and dedication created memories that we will treasure for many years to come. We travel to experience beautiful places, but we return to the places where the people make us feel truly special. Sanctuary Garza Blanca is one of those places.   An Incredible Resort With Exceptional Service

  This is a beautiful, amazing property set in a lush tropical mountain with direct ocean access. There is so much to explore with beautiful rock stepped trails connecting the towers. Service is second to none. We were pampered all week by our butlers, Felipe, Zuno, and Jose. They set the bar high for five star service. Alberto, Rojoberto, and Miriam were top notch at providing attentive service poolside, while Blanca kept our room spotless. We cannot say enough about the restaurants. Every bite was a culinary delight offering a wide variety of options. The waitstaff absolutely made our week and created cherished moments we will treasure forever. Special thanks to Gio, Alan, Martin, and Antonio for starting our day with a beautiful breakfast all week, Luis at Noi who made this meal unforgettable, Alberto at DAO, and Gustavo at Hiroshi who created exceptional service and truly special evenings. We soaked up every moment and will be returning to this incredible place.

  Love Garza!!

  An Amazing Resort Made Exceptional by Its People! We had an absolutely amazing stay at Garza Blanca! The property is beautiful, the food is fantastic, and the service is outstanding—but what truly makes this resort special is the people. There were so many incredible team members who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. A special thank you to: Victor at the Bell Desk — always helpful, friendly, and ready to assist. Natividad, our housekeeper — absolutely wonderful! She took such great care of us and made our room feel like home. Pablo, our Concierge — incredibly helpful and attentive. He made sure we had everything we needed. Luis at DAO — fantastic service and always made our dining experience enjoyable. Chef Bryan at DAO — WOW! He prepared some amazing gluten-free meals for us. It was wonderful to have someone who took our dietary needs seriously while still creating incredible food. Our Butlers, Antonio and Zuno — thank you for taking such great care of us and making our stay extra special. The Head Hostess at Misika — absolutely awesome! Her warmth, personality, and attention to detail really stood out. Her passion about food was unmatched.  And a huge thank you to the entire pool staff and the waiters at the Infinity Pool. They worked incredibly hard and consistently provided amazing service with a smile. Honestly, the staff is what makes Garza Blanca what it is. Without these amazing people, Garza Blanca would simply be another beautiful resort. It is the staff—their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine desire to take care of their guests—that sets this property apart. Anytime we had a question or a problem, it was addressed immediately and professionally. That level of service makes such a difference. To everyone at Garza Blanca: THANK YOU!   Amazing resort with excellent and attentive service. Kids had an great time as well. Staff are well trained and really care about your experience. We can't wait to come back and wish we stayed longer.

  Rosio and Daniels wedding

  The stay was wonderful! Service was very good especially from Javier Gio, Alan, Antonio, and Rigoberto from Bocados, and David from Misika all were great and me me feel welcomed, i will definitely be coming back!
