    Our favorite place to stay in Saratoga!!!

    We travel to Saratoga every year and this is our place of choice!! It is well appointed! Within walking distance to downtown. Comfortable, quiet, well appointed rooms! Exceptional breakfasts, served indoors or outside on the lovely covered porch with a fireplace!!! Family owned, friendly and attentive staff. Off street parking. A lovely stay in any season!!!

    Two Words: Stay Here!

    We were visiting Saratoga Springs for a couple of nights to celebrate a birthday and wanted to stay some place a little special. So, we chose this b & b. I was expecting to find an older house that has been converted. Not so! This place was built by the owners specifically to be a bed & breakfast. The rooms are beautiful with gas fireplaces and large bathrooms that even include towel warmers. Most - maybe all - rooms have balconies/porches for use in warmer weather. The breakfasts are fantastic. Each night guests receive a list of the offerings for the following morning that you drop in a basket. Fresh, warm muffins always start things off. The cinnamon apple pancakes were so good! It basically is an efficient, family-run place, and everyone is super friendly. If you decide to go, call them directly to make your reservation. Whoever runs the online reservation system takes a sizeable chunk of your fee.

    Springwater Bed & Breakfast is outstanding!

    Wow! This place is amazing! It was beautiful and clean, but above all, the staff was OUTSTANDING! They were so friendly and helpful. We had a small college reunion and stayed here. They were so accommodating to our group. Another positive note, the breakfast was delicious! I look forward to returning!

    We will definitely go back!

    My daughter and I had such a nice stay at this wonderful B&B in Saratoga Springs. We stayed one night and the room was absolutely adorable and quite large. We had a fantastic breakfast in the morning and the entire staff was so nice. We stayed in the Empire room. Would definitely go back!

    Road Trip 2025

    Wow! What a beautiful place! Quaint, very clean, really cool rooms! Breakfast was packed with flavors and diversification. Absolutely wonderful! Out view from our patio kind of stunk because there wrote so many branches in the way, but i can get over that. A wonderful place, friendly staff, excellent cook! Would highly recommend!
