I was a bit disappointed with our recent stay at the Springwater after reading all the good reviews. I was travelling with my husband and 13 year old daughter, and had booked a suite for 3 adults. The suite isn't really a suite- there's a Queen sized bed divided from the rest of the room by part of a wall- then there's a sofa bed. When we arrived the sofa wasn't set up so we had to make the bed- honestly when I pay $500 a night and specify 3 people in the reservation I don't expect to make the bed myself. The main problem is that the sofa bed is very uncomfortable, it's mushy and sort of slopes in the middle. I was glad we were staying just one night. Otherwise the inn is in a lovely part of town and the breakfast is a nice touch.

I have enjoyed a visit to Springwater in the past, and had a great experience. Our room was lovely and very clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious, served in a lovely room. A special note is that we were treated with such courtesy and thoughtfulness when we had a medical issue. I highly recommend a visit to this lovely B and B.

Wonderful visit
The entire experience was amazing! The Inn was clean,quiet and cozy! The breakfast was wonderful! Best Inn we have visited.

Beautiful Inn!!
My sister and I highly recommend this Inn. Wonderful staff, it’s spotless.. modern but yet all the nooks and crannies are filled with Saratoga items/photos of the past. The breakfast each day was out of this world! Lynn, (the owner and Inn keeper) her grandson and all the other staff can not do enough for you. We are going back in the fall! It’s a 10 minute walk to town! Excellent restaurants/bars/shopping in the area. We stayed in the Springwater Suite!

Our favorite place to stay in Saratoga!!!
We travel to Saratoga every year and this is our place of choice!! It is well appointed! Within walking distance to downtown. Comfortable, quiet, well appointed rooms! Exceptional breakfasts, served indoors or outside on the lovely covered porch with a fireplace!!! Family owned, friendly and attentive staff. Off street parking. A lovely stay in any season!!!
