The Guy Name David working at Pencho Restaurant. He was very kind and very welcoming. Food was very tasty. Excellent service By David . Also Floor caption name Flor she was very welcoming and friendly as well . We loved their service . we would love to visit again

Fabulous Service
The food is delicious. The staff are incredible. Captain Caro, hostess Estefania and waiter Isidro at Marco Polo Restaurant took our dining experience to another level of phenomenal service. We highly recommend that you give this outstanding restaurant a try.

FANTASTIC STAFF!
GR Solaris is a great resort! ALL of the staff are so welcoming and kind. The BEST part of our trip was interacting with the *GRACIE* from the entertainment staff. Gracie would go above and beyond in her job to ensure we had a great time. She was always engaging, & she connected with us on a personal level. We can’t wait to come back and see her! Other staff members stood out as exceptional. *Omar* at the members office was so welcoming & wonderful. He would check in with us every time he saw us. *Manuel* at Café Solaris was so friendly & attentive. He made sure all our needs were met. We always tried to sit in his section. *Eduardo* at the bar by Rosemarenas was so kind & made the most amazing drinks. He always knew what we would like. *Israel* with the entertainment staff also made our stay more fun! We LOVE ALL OF THE STAFF!!!

The best in Cancun
Our experience at GR Solaris was exceptional. But it was made more incredible by the staff. Especially three employees in particular: Israel Aguilar from the entertainment crew, Darvin, our waiter in Cafe Solaris and Liseth, our servicer on the pool deck. These three employees are beyond compare. They went way beyond their duties to make us feel at home and part of the family. Their professionalism, care and attention to detail are by far the best I have ever seen in all my years. We went there to celebrate my 60th and we were not disappointed. Thank you Israel, Darvin and Liseth. We will be back!!!

I will be back
Another great week in Cancun. I must send my thank you and appreciation to the following people: Adrian and Benemar front door Bar, pool: Pinto, Orlando, Eduardo, Lizbeth and Alfonso Barahana.. Breakfast: Jair, Mainor Entertainers: Grecia, Israel, and Emanuel Dinner: Capitan Alan, Mr. Israel, Capitan Vermont. Mauricio at the premier bar. Yasari and Hector at the member check-in. I would not had enjoyed myself as much as I did without these people.. They are the ones who made this vacation worth it. Also, the food seems to have gotten better. Brazilian night at Marco Polo and the oriental food at Zai were fantastic.
