Had such a Great time, second trip to Solaris, first time at GR Solaris. Our waiter Darvin Garcia was so attentive always as well as our concierge Andres. <3 Rooms always cleaned with care.

Came alone but left with many lovely friends!
I will start by saying everyone here is some of the nicest people I have ever met! I came here alone and the staff quickly became good friends of mine. Ruben and Marco are amazing entertainers. Israel is an excellent fitness couch and yoga instructor! Gracia was always lovely and welcoming to all people, especially when dancing for Mexico Independence Day. Jair and Oscar, and one more older gentleman I am unfortunately forgetting the name of and the whole serving team were absolutely amazing! Nina was so lovely and helpful every time I had a question (I had a lot lol). Guillermo was extremely nice and helped show me around both GR Solaris and the Royal. Gisele at the spa was very friendly and did an absolutely amazing job with the massage, facial and body scrub. Everyone I met here I will always remember, I truly had the time of my life here and I never expected to become so close to so many of the staff. I thank everyone at GR Solaris from the bottom of heart as I will forever cherish the connections I made here and I will never forget how welcomed and loved I felt. I can not wait to return!

Great place
Amazing place at the moment we arrived, it looked beautiful upon arrival, Paulina and Leonardo were very kind and friendly at the front desk. They gave us complete information and answered our questions. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing service
ISAIAS WAS AMAZING, NICE, COMMUNICATIVE AND RESPONSIVE. We will definitely come back to Gr Solaris, we celebrate our Anniversary.

Sep 15, 2025Don't go here unless you want to have the worst experience ever at a hotel in Cancun.
First of all at the begging there was this David guy who was very nice but a few days later after we denied a 2 hour meeting about selling us something he instantly ignored us the rest of the 2 week stay. Then they started closing several areas for renovations including the children playground. Well that was very unfortunate for us because we did not know what to do with our toddler making our whole stay extremely hard. They should have at least informed us at the begging or when booking or whenever. Third the room door lock box in the ran out of battery.... Everywhere felt like it was on renovation and even the tv did not work at all. I would give this place a 0 starts if I could, do not go by the good reviews.
