    Great experience at Gr Solaris

    Brery and Lety were a great surprise. Had one of the best massages yet. Normally I am very sore after deep tissue but they did a great job locating the issue and working around prior to the deep tissue and removing issues without pain afterwards. I would recommend to anyone.

    Spa at GR Solaris Cancun

    Big thanks to Irene, Brent, and Liz .We went for massages with neck and shoulder pain that had been bothering us for weeks. They took the time to understand our issues and focused on the exact areas that needed attention. The trigger point therapy and deep tissue work were incredibly effective, and we felt a million times better afterward

    10/10 All Inclusive Stay

    Amazing experience here! My best friend and I stayed for 4 days. Food, accommodations and property were outstanding but the service here truly shines. Every single employee we encountered was extremely helpful and kind. Special shout out to Yamel, she went above and beyond to make sure my friend and I were taken care of on our first night. We will be back!

    The rooms promised was a King ocean view but no king ocean view, just 2 doubles. The hotel is very loud with construction at adjacent resort construction and pool music was not the best

    Wonderful Family Stay with Excellent Service!

    My family and I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly. The front desk service was excellent — Paulina was amazing! She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly for us. Thank you, Paulina, for your warm welcome and outstanding service — you made our family trip even more special!
