Couple Birthday Trip
My husband and I went on a trip for a few days, and honestly, we had a great time right from the moment we arrived! At the front desk, we were welcomed by Ms. Ana; she was very helpful in accommodating my request for a room on a lower floor. She was always kind and attentive—she even got us into our room before 3 PM! I also want to mention Alexia. The service in the restaurants was excellent throughout our stay. The only thing worth noting is that the buffet wasn't open, which was a bit confusing since the dining location kept changing—we constantly had to find out where to go. Nino and Paula provided great service. As for entertainment, Roxy and Arroniz stood out—the activities were really fun! Overall, it’s a very good hotel; we’re leaving with a wonderful experience.
