We stayed for 1 night and had the best time!! Highlights of great service, Jaydoun at the front desk and Sheryl at the Vista beach bar. They were so kind and personable and that means a lot! We’re already planning our next visit!!!

Great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful…And a big shout-out to our housekeeper Carvin! Was fantastic.
My girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience staying here. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. I would like to give our housekeeper Carvin a lot of praise and attention for going above and beyond in the cleaning and organizing of our room for the duration of our stay. Thanks again!

Wonderful property to stay at
I loved that the resort isn't huge. Very manageable. Almost everything is located on the lobby level, except concierge desk, found on 3rd floor. It would be great if there was better signage saying it's on the 3rd fl. Every employee that I encountered was wonderful. Shout out to Illy, from Morocco, working at Veranda restaurant which is located outside. Excellent, professional service. The room is a good size and has a small balcony to enjoy. For those who don't rent a car, there are taxis in the parking lot. There are stairs that go right to the sea and a decent size pool. If you don't feel like eating out, there are several restaurant options. I was very happy with my stay and would definitely return. My first time in Grand Cayman Jan 19th. It was raining when I arrived and it's been very windy and cloudy. I think February might be a better time. Also. It was crowded yet. I never needed reservations.

Amazing time!
We had an excellent time here, great customer service through out!!. Great location as it is close to Camana Bay (10 minute walk) and many great local restaurants. Never a boring moment on or off the resort, they have live music, activities and there are A LOT of beach chairs, never had to look for one. The best feature was that we loved being able to walk directly into the ocean from the veranda. This was such a plus. Special shout out to Bruno and Leavy who made our stay extra special by being so wonderful. We will definitely come back!

Staff Was Wonderful
Our first trip to Grand Cayman and it was awesome! The staff was wonderful... kudos to Sid who went above and beyond at the pool/Verandah! The location was central allowing us to get to the local sites and entertainment very easily. We can't wait to go back!
